About this house rental
Situated in San Antonio, this lovely house for $261 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on San Antonio's Northwest side; less than a mile from Sea World. If you plan on attending Sea World, going back and forth to rest up and prepare meals at a fraction of the cost can help make your Sea World experience more enjoyable and affordable. We have also hosted hundreds of BMT families! Staging your BMT graduation at our home will provide your airman with a warm, welcoming-home experience! The neighborhood community does not allow street parking; vehicles in the street WILL be towed. Our one car garage is currently unavailable until this Summer. However, our driveway is fairly large and can accommodate approximately 3 to 4 vehicles! Regarding our sleeping accommodations, we have three bedrooms, which sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. And the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms each have a full size bed. We are willing to allow for up to 2 additional guests; 8 guests MAX. Our downstairs sofa has a full size sleeper to accommodate. *** Sorry for not having pictures of the bedrooms. We deleted them because we updated all of our beds and will be accenting some walls and adding decor between guests. Once the work is complete, we will post new pictures from our real estate photographer. Rest assured the bedding scenario is as described and will be soooo comfortable!! Very nice home in San Antonio. Close to Sea World and about 20 minutes to Six Flags or the Riverwalk. Quiet neighborhood, which was nice and relaxing. Well kept house, easy communication with the host. Great place for families with neighborhood park next door.

The inside of the house is super homey. Reminds me of something out of Better Homes and Gardens. Carlos was awesome communicating with. Definitely recommend, especially if you're are there for BMT Graduation. House is located approximately 15 minutes from the Air Force Base

I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay for our family vacation in San Antonio. The home was great and had everything we needed while there. We knocked a few hours off travel time and arrived 3 hours early. The host was amazing and let us enter the home early which was greatly appreciated. We will not stay anywhere else in town if this home is available during our stays in the future.

House is nice clean and well stocked for your convenience. We had an issue with a nest of yellow jackets and Owner came over and took care of it very promply. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. Easy to get ahold of just a simple text. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again...close access to everything you need.

This was the second time we stayed in this house and we loved everything about it. It’s very clean, very organized, it has everything you need and if you have kids, the playground is literally right next door. Carlos was also answering to my messages really quick. Also, if you’re planning on going to Sea World, is literally 5 minutes away. You won’t regret staying here. 🙂

Nice house, very clean. I love that was a super short drive from sea world, because we were very tired enjoying the parks, was soo nice to be home in few minutes to rest and same thing in the mornings we don't have to rush since was a very easy drive to the park

Spring Break Getaway
This was my family’s first Vrbo experience, and we weren’t disappointed. Carlos is a great host! Very professional and responsive. The location of the property is as described in the listing which was very convenient. The home accommodated my family perfectly! Our dogs enjoyed the backyard. We will definitely book again. I highly recommend staying here!

Property was clean and comfortable. We did not need to buy anything for the kitchen (utensils, pans, etc), and we cooked multiple meals in. We did not use the grill, but it looked very clean inside of it (too much rain while we visited). Washer and dryer both worked great.
Simple Cable TV operation (we also brought our own Apple TV and had zero issues connecting it). Wi-Fi worked like a champ with quite a few iPhones, iPads, and Nintendo Switches using the network at once.
This location is roughly 10 minutes from Sea World, 2 minutes from Chick-Fil-A, 3 minutes to H-E-B (the best grocery store you'll ever visit), and 20 minutes from both Fiesta Texas and the River Walk area. (Bonus: If you are looking for a church to attend while visiting, we were only 20 minutes from Grace Community Church as well). The real location winner goes to the playground next door to the house. You can sit on some camping chairs in the driveway while the little ones play in full view. If you have playground-aged kiddos, this is a no brainer. The owner, Carlos, was beyond helpful the entire trip. We plan to use this location again in the future.

We traveled to visit for the Thanksgiving holiday. Carlos was very easy to contact and great to work with! The home was very clean upon our arrival and was able to accommodate us a couple hours early!! The many amenities that were provided upon our arrival were fantastic! Sonce we were traveling with an infant, Carlos made sure that there was a pack and play along with a high chair provided!! We were able to prepare a full Thanksgiving meal and enjoy it as a family while we were there! This is a great property for a family stay!! We will definitely be back soon!!

Great vacation home
I don’t even know where to start but to make it short, it was absolutely perfect. The house was really clean and it has everything you need and it was really spacious. I have 4 kids so the playground next door is a plus. Carlos also has really good communication and helped us with everything we needed. I really recommend this house.

WOW! This property was/is amazing! Such a convenient location for all your SA desires. We were needing to be close to the National Shooting Complex and have locations nearby for my young children to explore AND we got it! The park next door was a hit for my girls and the range was so close for my husband. We felt at home the whole time! We will be booking this property for all other SA visits. Carlos is great!

Close to sea world like 8 min and a quiet neighborhood with so many restaurants and places to shop
Really enjoyed the space and the quiet neighborhood. We had kids and the park next door was a hit ! We also did sea world 2 days and it was about a 8 min drive ! Carlos answered all my emails and retuned calls!

Vacation with Adult Children and Grandchildren
Nice house in a great location for amusement parks. Neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood is peaceful at night. Grocery store and dining are close by for the times we needed to run into town. The house was VERY clean (this is big for me), well equipped with all that you need to feel at home. We enjoyed the park next door for the little ones and the fenced back yard with the patio set for the not so busy days. Truly felt at home and Carlos was amazing and met all our expectations to make this a great experience.
