About this condo rental
Nestled in Puerto Vallarta, this lovely condo for $129 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. A large comfortable 1550 square foot Charming, cheerful, and colorful Mexican decor home. Two very spacious in suite bedroom/bathrooms and comfortable king beds with seating areas. Take a look at the 50 up to date photos below that clearly show this. The home has a fully equipped kitchen. Maid service is supplied 6 days a week. Vista Del Sol is a very highly sought after building with an excellent reputation. The building is right on the famous Los Muertos beach and the quite south side of the malecon walkway right in the heart of the Zona Romantica. There's a very large heated rooftop pool. The pool has salt filtration for your well being. The rooftop area is huge with a lot of loungers , shaded area and private areas and a spectacular 360 degree view. Rooftop area has a large BBQ under a large shaded palapa with a sink. Many tables and chairs to enjoy. There are also excellent views of the ocean, city and mountains from all windows and rooms of the home. Condo 802 has a large balcony with comfortable seating overlooking the beach and views of the city and mountains. The home is at the end of the hallway for added privacy. Vista Del Sol is an outstanding location within flat walking distance to hundreds of restaurants, shops and countless other amenities. There is even a restaurant and bar with beach service in the building. The home has air conditioning and fans. They are not normally needed due to a great natural cross ventilation that comes through the spacious windows including the 2 bathrooms. There are two new hotel grade king size beds in each of the 2 bedroom suites. 2 very comfortable futon type sofas in the living room for guest 5 and 6. Condo 802 is a fully furnished and functioning home. There is 24 hour English and Spanish speaking reception, concierge, and security. No fears if you arrive late because the keys are available 24/7 at the front desk. There is street parking in front if you have a car. We have laundry facilities available for your needs on the property. The maid does general cleaning 6 days a week. There are two elevators in the building and very large lobby and meeting area with a lot of comfortable seating areas. All towels including beach towels and bedding are supplied and cleaned at no additional cost. Vista Del Sol is a very popular building and holds an excellent reputation for years for it's beauty and excellently maintained quality. We have a full maintenance staff on property to maintain the entire building to the highest standards. Most of all condo 802 is highly sought after all year long and year after year because of it's ideal LOCATION. You can easily and safely walk about the area and the extent of the malecon right in front along the famous Los Muertos beach front which extends the length of the old town area. The beachfront has many restaurants and bars with beach service. We all know what is said about real estate, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. And this home definitely has that. You will want to stay, you will not want to leave and you will want to return. This is the feelings from many of my past guests. Vista Del Sol has handicap accessibility. The building has a strict no pet policy.

Unfortunately our stay was upended by my wife taking a tumble on the streets. The staff at the condo were super helpful throughout and even provided a wheelchair to use for the remainder of the stay.

First time at Vista del Sol although have been vacationing in PV for 30 years. Very comfortable home. Nice to have maid service and on-site personnel to help with any issues. Best recommendation I can give is that I would return if unit is available. Really great to be able to walk to so many places!!!

We loved the building and amenities. Everyone is super friendly and the location is perfect. I’ve been coming to this area for over 20 years, first by myself in my 20’s and then with family and friends. This was a fabulous place to come home to each day, and the owner is wonderful to work with. We are super appreciative!

My boyfriend and I spent 4 nights in Rob's condo in mid September. The photos don't do it justice. It's absolutely beautiful, and the view from the balcony is stunning!
The place was clean, had great linens, plenty of kitchen utensils, crockery, and cook ware. The appliances we used were all in great working order. The furniture was comfortable, including the bed, and there's plenty of space for two couples.
The area is perfect for both old and young. It's quiet at night, bustling during the day, and within walking distance of anything you want to do- beach, bars, food, pharmacy, discos, and souvenir shopping, to name a few. It's also just a short drive from the airport.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thanks again, Rob, for being a great host!

We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this beautiful property. The building and neighborhood were safe, clean and had so much character. Many mornings were spent in rooftop pool or lounging in the chairs near it, and many evenings were spent exploring the delicious restaurants nearby. I loved the firm, high quality beds and our attentive housekeeper. The ocean views from the balcony were gorgeous and falling asleep to the sound of waves was just how I wanted to spend my vacation. We’ll be back!

This is a spacious, airy, and lovely condo with that rarest of things in PV, a fabulous cross-breeze! The condo is situated in such a way that there are excellent views as well, ocean, mountains, and town….magical, especially after dark when you can watch the Pirate ship sailing in the harbour!
The beds are firm and supportive; for me the result was two weeks of zero back pain, which is amazing in a holiday rental! All of the furniture is of excellent quality, including the outdoor area where we could be comfortable for hours.
The kitchen is very well equipped; plenty of tools, cutlery, serving bowls, plates, pots and pans…everything a cook could ask for, including plenty of counter space! Bathrooms are large and charming, with lovely tile work, and excellent plumbing, etc.
The entire condo is immaculately clean and well maintained, and the building staff are helpful and informative.
The host (Rob) is very kind and responsive and clearly cares a great deal about both this property, and his guests. In short, this condo is like a beloved home that we had the privilege of living in for two weeks, and we are eagerly looking forward to our return!

The restaurant normally located here was closed for us so we had to walk to a restaurant that offered beach chair rental which was about 4 restaurants down. Not a big deal but for those not sure where to go just walk on down and you have to be ordering food/drinks to use them. Also not a big deal because the prices are amazing!!

The kitchen had everything we needed, the parrot decor was beautiful, and the cleaning lady Marisol kept the place absolutely spotless - she even made us some incredible swans out of towel. The location was very safe and right in the heart of downtown. Definitely hope to go back some day.

The property is a bit run down it just needs a bit of TLC but it is decorated in a lovely Mexican décor. We were not notified that the pool was going to be closed until after our cancel date and that really changed our expectations of the trip. They did allow us to use another condo's pool but it was small and down the street and we only went once. The air conditioning in the second bedroom barely worked so my kids complained. My favorite was coffee on patio taking in the ocean views. The location is great if you want to be in the thick of it all. The staff were amazing and Rob(the owner) was very helpful when we reached out with concerns.
