This cottage is perfect for a couple/s or group of friends. You can walk a couple blocks to Main St. & visit wine tasting rooms & many great restaurants too! It's a short drive to Jerome, wineries in Cornville, or Sedona! Kayak the Verde River in the Spring/summer or enjoy the Verde Canyon Railway! A perfect escape.

Sitting in a prime but quiet location in Old Town. Walking distance to shops, wine tasting rooms, a local brewery, and restaurants. The cottage is clean and owner supplied all that we needed for a great stay. Bonus… a great front porch and spacious rear deck. We highly recommend.

Property was very clean. Neighborhood is quiet and the Town is just far enough away from Sedona that we didn’t have to deal with the heavy traffic. We enjoyed the porch each morning with our coffee and the grill and back porch for supper prep. All the amenities, cooking utensils, etc that you need. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

4 of us came down for a family wedding. This comfy, spacious, clean home was PERFECT. Walking distance to stores and restaurants was an added bonus. The VRBO description was all true. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We LOVED the way that no other homes were close we fellt that we were alone .The grounds are very nice and the birds sing all the time Would say GO you will LOVE It close to everything . I would add that you should tell people to go stright onto the gravel driveway we did drive around the block before we got IT But thank You for letting us Injoy your Peacefull Hideway

We stayed here recently for two days. There were four of us girls and it was perfect for us. Great location at an affordable price. We could have stayed at Tavern, but why pay more and have separate rooms when we could stay together and have access to a living room, kitchen, porches etc. The house was adorable and clean. Well stocked. Beds were comfortable (but they are both queens). Owner was responsive. Sometimes when you check out of VRBO’s they have a long list of stuff to do but here we just left the house the way we found it. Not much else to do, which was nice. We had easy access to neighboring cities so we saw a lot. I’d recommend staying here.

A friend and I had a girl's vacation. This little cottage was a perfect fit for us. It is within walking distance of town, a 10 minute drive to the Verde Railroad and a short distance to Out of Africa and wineries. The cottage is well stocked with all the necessities, lovely patios to enjoy the out of doors and a very quiet neighborhood. A definite five star home.

This was a cute place to stay with just a short walk to downtown Cottonwood. The neighborhood was quiet and we liked that we also had a nice place to park our vehicle. The place was very clean and the bedrooms were fairly good size with comfortable mattresses. We were able to spread out since it as just the two of us, but if you don’t mind sharing a single bathroom, this place can accommodate at least 4 people. The porches were an added plus too! Would recommend a foot ottoman for the living area. Scott was great to communicate with. If you stay here, Make sure you get some breakfast at the Crema Craft Kitchen on Main Street! Also recommend Adriana’s Mexican food Restaurant on Main Street.

This cottage was peerfct for 2 people although you could have up to 6 stay comfortably. Everything is new feeling , it's well stocked, nice quality appliances, comfy beds, great tv options, great central location, quiet and plenty of parking. Overall a great place.
