Just to set the expectation, this is a guest house, not a hotel. Rooms were on the 2nd floor and the private bathrooms are outside in the next building on the 1st floor instead of being in the room. There is a shared bathroom to pee on the 2nd floor but if you want to have a bath, you'll have to go to the 1st floor.
The kitchen is ok, he had water boilers and microwaves that's for sharing with the other room. The host himself is a really really cool guy with a garage filled with an F1 car and Lamborghini. He also offered to drive us to Nagashima Spa Land and to the nearest station when we checked out which was really kind of him. He is also really friendly and had a short chat about what he did for a living, etc.
They have a washer and dryer unit at the 1st floor but you'll have to pay to use it.
Because it is a guest house, the walls are pretty thin and we were able to hear the people in the room next to us, even the conversations they had and snoring.
