Upon arrival we were impressed with the space. The bathrooms and other areas of the condo like the laundry. I think it would be very beneficial to get new photos - it was a pleasant surprise on the large bathrooms and nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked - though more cereals bowls would be nice. The location of the property was ideal! There was a welcome book but it seemed a bit outdated and referred to a management company that we didn’t book through and checking in with them- we never did that and had no problems. The bathrooms were a little dirty- more attention in the showers and all the drawers needed to be cleaned. No cleaning supplies were provided so that was a little annoying. And the house needed a general dusting of ledges and end tables but the kitchen and living areas were clean. Overall we’d star here again

If you are going to the keys for boating this is a great place. The boat ramp is located 2 mins from the house and my boat trailer fit under the house with no problem. When not out on the boat the kids were able to fish right off the sea wall with great success. There is a deep freezer downstairs to hold bait and our catches from over the week. Overall, we had a great time, and the house did not disappoint.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The photos of the property really didn't do it justice. There weren't any toiletries or pantry items which was a bit annoying, so we ended up buying what we needed and leaving the extras for the next guests. Otherwise everything was great. The Cabana Club is a bit outdated, but we weren't really interested in using it anyway.

The house is in the perfect location, very nicely remodeled, very very comfortable beds. We had some interesting fish right from the canal, including edible snapper. The deep freeze is very handy for bait and the fresh catch. Some of the pots and pans are a little dated And the shower pressure is not great, but really, that is not a negative about this property. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a blast staying in this condo. Alain was a great host and very responsive. Our kids enjoyed feeding the fish in the canal every day. Highly recommend Curlys Coffee right down the road. The cabana club was also fun, with lots of good food and poolside service, and the beach is a few steps away from the pool - the pics online didn't do justice. Key Colony Beach is a hidden gem in the keys, and the location was perfect - bahia honda state park is 25 min south, and key west is 1.25 hrs south. We also went north to Islamorada to visit Theater of the Seas (40 min drive) and spent the rest of the day in Everglades National Park (2 hr drive). Highly recommend this condo to anyone vacationing in the keys!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful. Very clean and great location. We spent our mornings and evening lounging by the canal, where we saw lots of sea life. Definitely would recommend staying here.

We love this place so much we are planning to book for a 3rd time. It's truly home away from home for us. I simply can not say enough great things about it! The kitchen is fully stocked and so so clean. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are big. We absolutely love the neighborhood. We always rent a boat for the week and that perfects the vacation. Havana Jacks is an excellent place for dinner. This place is a gem.

The floor plan is open, spacious and bright and the pictures are representative of what you’ll find inside the duplex. If you bring your boat, be advised your boat sits against a concrete wall that offers no protection against dock rash. Bring your fenders! While the kitchen was nicely updated and had a large granite countertop, we found the fry pans to be in need of replacement. One of the sleeper sofas sags in the middle but since it was just the two of us for most of the trip, I just sat on either end. We like KCB for the use of the Cabana Club and easy access to the Gulf or Atlantic. We found the duplex to be perfectly fine for a nice week long vacation.

Great home away from home. Had everything we needed. Bait freezer, wide canal, full equipped kitchen. Caught a few mangrove snappers from dock out back that were delicious too!

We had a great time. Lots of fishing from the seawall, got a lot catfish and my 5 year old loved catching them. The only thing I dislike is nothing in the keys opens before 10am.

Very easy check in and out process even with Covid issues. The kitchen was magnificent, and plenty of space. The furniture was dingy and dirty, could use new. The bathrooms were adequate and spacious but could updating as well. All the beds were wonderful sleeping with foam mattresses and plenty of pillows.

Our stay was amazing. This is a perfect place to take the family. Lost to do locally. Weather was perfect. The house is not to bad. There were no pleasantries to make it nicer. No shampoo, 1 towel each, bedding seemed tattered. No cleaning products or even a dish cloth or tea towel to keep things clean. It's a duplex so the house next to us was being worked on at ungodly hours. For the price we paid, I don't think we would go back.

great location, kitchen well stocked. use of dock very convenient. had problems with clothes washer not working. Took owner to resolve as property manager not customer oriented or able to phone directly. They only provide office number and you have to leave message and they never call back. Property manager expected us to go to laundromat on our vacation while owner arranged for a laundry pickup and clean service. next door duplex empty and doesn't appear to being taken care of well.

We had the perfect vacation the location was convenient to everything. Key Colony is a perfect destination even though it was Fourth of July week there was no overcrowding anywhere. We have three children and we rented a boat and keep it docked just outside our back door, we were able to go snorkeling at sombreros lighthouse and coffins patch was able to go fishing and go to the sandbars. Found a lot of star fish and large conch shells. Perfect set up for cleaning fish and a bait freezer, washer and dryer full set up kitchen just a blessing for our family. There were local restaurants and local grocery stores made it very convenient to set up for the week. Lastly the beds were extremely comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed this house. It comfortably fit the four of us. The kitchen is large, updated and well equipped. We had no issues with stained towels as reported in the last review. We didn't use the grill so I can't comment on the cleanliness of it. The location was great! Short walk to the Cabana Club and a few restaurants. The Cabana Club was great, my only complaint about the Club was you can't bring in your own drinks so our bar tab was quite hefty at times! Other than that, great house and location. We would definitely stay again.
