About this house rental
Elegant holiday apartment in Sicily, 3 km from Pachino. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen, has a large veranda equipped with barbecue, tables and chairs ideal for outdoor dining and is surrounded by a large garden. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together. The property is 200 metres from the sea and is located in the well-known recreational area of Marzamemi, an old fishing village. You can choose between the equipped beaches of the Ionian Sea or the Mediterranean Sea, with crystal clear waters. Not to be missed are the baroque monuments of the historic centre and the Cathedral of Noto. Some distances: Modica (40 km), with the archaeological sites of Cava dIspica, Scicli (55 km) nestled between mountains and sea and Catania (93 km) at the foot of Mount Etna. Just 20 km away is Pozzallo, from where you can embark for the island of Malta.

We had a wonderful stay. We were able to walk to the beach and the town without any issues. Safe in the day and night. Loved it. Want to go again.

A suggestion: The practice of charging for the electricity separately is ok but a little disconcerting as we do not know the rates and the consumption but it is necessary to use the heat pump during this season. It would be better if there was a fixed rate per day known ahead of times.

The house - so close to the beach and only a short walk to beautiful Marzamemi - was a real find. It is quiet and has a spacious shady terrase where we could enjoy long breakfasts or relax during siesta-time. The host was very welcoming and caring in a very inobtrusive, warm-hearted way.
