Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a terrible experience, I called the main number to ask about the process of the check in, Mr Jeff answered. I asked about the process he was not being helpful to me. At the end he he said **** you and hung up the phone, very unprofessional. The following day I called maintenance and requested them to look into the heating system because it was not heating up properly. Jeff called back, said he would put a some type of heating fan to help out in the room. He never showed up to drop anything. My wife was cold all 3 days we were there. The bed was uncomfortable, not enough hot water came out of shower. Very outdated on everything I was expecting much better service and a much better rooms for the amount I paid for. I would not ever stay in that condo again. I would appreciate if Jeff would call or e mail and at least apologize for cursing at me.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Depending on who you book through the management company must reach out to you independently to get your email and requires that you put a credit card on hold with them for a “incidentals“. Due to requirements of the H away you must physically pick up hotel style keys in Dillon Colorado where their office is located. This inconvenience would be enough to recommend that you book elsewhere but besides the location of the property everything else was disappointment. Property is outdated and dingy. It was unclear despite properties, charging a large cleaning fee that anyone had vacuumed recently. It served its purpose for a place to crash near Copper Mountain, but would not recommend.

I reached out to the management company informing them of numerous issues with this aging unit. Many things need to be replaced/repaired. I even sent a list at the beginning of our stay: 1. The dishwasher doesn't really work, only to rinse. There are no wheels on the bottom rack; does not slide in/out; must be lifted out for use; spinning mechanism cannot spin so dishes do not get cleaned! 2. Microwave works, but bottom of the door is cracked in half. 3. Pots/pans/cooking utensils/knives– terrible condition; all need to be replaced. 4. Whole kitchen: Old/NOT maintained. Fridge made LOUD noise, repairman came next day; then fridge froze all food so we kept turning temp up. Tile countertops cracked; huge grout spaces hard to clean; countertop edges chipped/falling apart; cabinets & shelves need to be replaced. 5. Broken dining room chairs. 6. None of the beds have mattress protectors! As frequent travelers– it is unhygienic not to have mattress protectors! Putting a 2nd fitted sheet over the bed gave me a little better piece of mind, so I appreciate Management sending over extra sheets, as requested. Also, the bedding is worn/shabby. 7. Unit has some new flooring; the installers simply used additional wood edging on top of the original molding. In the King bedroom, at least 1 piece of molding is not connected, leaving several sharp nails sticking out. Not safe! 8. None of the bathroom fans work- are all old/ broken- should be replaced. 9. Very few of the light switches work. 10. This is a ski condo, so there should be places to hang gear! With 3 lock-out closets & NO HOOKS anywhere, there is NO PLACE to hang coats, pants, gloves, helmets, etc. 11. We stayed 9 nights & were NOT provided with any cleaning. I read there would be cleaning after 5 days; also read that after 5 days, they'd provide fresh towels/paper products/take trash- NONE of this happened. I inquired & was offered to pay for this. A vacuum would have been nice as the floors weren't clean to begin with. Lastly - I even asked the Management Company for some sort of refund/credit, and my email was ignored. I believe the Condo was misrepresented.

This property is in need of a major overhaul. Beds were very uncomfortable & the pillows were completely flat. For skiing, we are not picky. We expect a clean room with comfortable beds & seating. This condo does not have it. Condo was very dirty & old. My husband had to clean a large amount of hair out of our shower drain b/c the water would not drain. The living room sofas were basically futons that when unfolded were full of food & crumbs & it was dirty underneath the sofas..The glass tops on the coffee table & end table were loose & could easily come off the bases. No storage in the condo for helmets, gloves, coats...how difficult is it to put up pegs to hang coats & pants! It reminded us of a boys college apartment. There were no sheets for the fold out sofas when we got there. They finally arrived 2 days after our arrival. Not enough towels for 10 people if you plan on using the hot tub. The mgmt company was difficult & not responsive. Will not stay here again & will recommend this condo to NO ONE! Two good things: 1) the location, it's very close to the Super Bee lift & 2) convenience & hospitality of the restaurant Double Diamond in the building. This was our 5th year to ski at Copper & our 1st & last stay at this cond unit.
