About this house rental
This vacation home is part of a two-family house and is located in the small village of Stazzema, in the hinterland of Versilia, in an area of wooded hills (440 m a.s.l.) at the foot of the Apuan Alps. The house ITV187 is situated at the beginning of the village, in a peripheral and panoramic position. Here you are 17 km from Pietrasanta, 18 km from Forte dei Marmi and the beaches of Versilia, 50 km from Lucca and Pisa, 77 km from Cinque Terre (Liguria) and about 120 km from Florence (ideal destination for a day trip). From the property and the house you can enjoy a panoramic view of some spectacular mountains of the Apuan Alps, the woods and the valley that slopes down to the sea. This area is usually fresh and quiet in summer. The outdoor area of the house consists of a common and open natural plot on a slope (1500 m2), partially landscaped with meadow, trees and bushes. In front of the house guests can enjoy a private and furnished relax area, ideal for outdoor dining. Barbecue and wood stove for common use. Public parking 20 m from the house. Beautiful walking and fishing opportunities (5 km river Vezza) in the area. The vacation home is distributed on two levels: On the first floor living room-kitchen, double bedroom and WC. On the 1st floor: double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
