One hour east of Orlando. ================================================================ IMPORTANT: On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit by Hurricane Nicole. While no damage occurred to my unit or the building, our seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result the entire back portion of our building grounds is closed until repairs can be made. There is construction taking place on weekdays to replace the seawall and rebuild the pool and grounds. Until this is completed, the POOL IS CLOSED and THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM OUR BUILDING. To access the beach you must exit the front of the building and walk about 100 yards south to the public access at Seagull Park. We provide a large cart to transport towels, chairs, umbrella, etc. to and from the beach. There will be ongoing construction in the back side of our building throughout 2023 and 2024 as we work to restore the grounds and rebuild the pool. Most of the time this should not affect your enjoyment of the property and will not affect our lovely direct ocean view. We do not have a reopening date yet for the pool but we know it will be some time in 2025.
