Loved the house. Perfect size for me and my wife. Great location. Walking distance to the beach and to downtown restaurant and shops. Also enjoyed the bicycles stored in the shed.

My family and I were excited to spend some time away at this tiny cottage. When we arrived, almost everything was broken or falling apart (things were taped together, door locks barely worked, etc). It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several weeks. I had to vacuum immediately upon arrival and wipe down the floors and tabletops. The lights flickered, the vacuum was held together by tape, the kitchen was full of very old and expired groceries, etc. It was uncomfortable to say it lightly.
