About this house rental
Part of a well-maintained two-family stone house, near the small hamlet of Montenero d’Orcia, situated on the hillsides of Monte Amiata. Large living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms. Spacious, well-equipped outdoor area with a private swimming pool (20 m²) and barbecue. A stunning location with views of the Val d’Orcia on one side and the Maremma and Monte Amiata on the other. 1 km to Montenero d’Orcia, with a supermarket, bar and restaurant-pizzeria; 14 km to Castel del Piano (all kinds of shops), 22 km to the medieval town of Montalcino, home to the prestigious Brunello, one of Italy’s most famous wines, 44 km to Pienza, 45 km to Grosseto, 47 km to the thermal baths of Saturnia, 57 km to Montepulciano, 60 km to the beaches of Marina di Grosseto on the Tyrrhenian coast, 67 km to Siena.

Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden! Sehr positiv ist, dass in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig! Was man aber wissen sollte: im gleichen Gebäude wohnen Einheimische Leute. Die allerdings sehr ruhig und nicht auffällig sind. Wenn man einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub wünscht, kann ich dieses Ferienhaus nur empfehlen
