Located in Umbria, this attractive villa for $688 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. The villa lies on the Lazio/Umbria border 86 kms northern of Rome and 40 kms southern of Orvieto at 1 km of the village Penna in Teverina. It's a hilly location with panoramic view. The property is suitable for up to 19 persons. There are 16 sleeps shared over 8 bedrooms. There are also 3 extra beds & 2 baby cots (two high chairs also available). There is a swimming pool (size 12x6 meters - depth from 1,20 to 2,20 meter) at disposition. The pool area is fenced for the safety of the children. The whole property/garden is also fenced. The property is for private use of the tenant and not shared with other holiday makers or owner. The villa is subdivided into 3 apartments, one on the ground with 3 bedrooms/6 sleeps, one on the 1st floor with 4 bedrooms/8 sleeps and the last on the 2nd floor for two. All the bedrooms have mosquito nets and fan. All have a kitchen, 1 or more bathrooms, Wi-fi internet connection. It's possible to eat all together outdoor both on the southern (with view on the pool area) and northern side of the building. The kitchen on the ground floor is equipped to cook for the whole villa. Here you will find the big pots and pans to cook for 15-16 persons. Next to the kitchen there is a storage room where you will find dishes, glasses, cutlery etc for 16 persons. The dining room on the ground floor is equipped with tables and chairs to eat indoor for 16 persons. There are at disposition to cook also a barbecue and stone oven. Near the villa there is a small house where children can play and a vegetable garden where it's possible to pick up fresh vegetables. On the property there are also some fruit trees. Grocery store, two bars, baker and some more shops are available in the village of Penna in Teverina at 1 km. There is also a restaurant/pizzeria (l'Osteria del Borgo) at 1km in the centre of the village. Supermarkets, other shops and more restaurants are available in the village of Giove at 7kms and the town of Amelia at 13kms. The Coop and Superconti supermarkets of Amelia are open also on Sunday morning. HOUSE (whole for your private use): SQM: 270 Ground floor : dining/living room with kitchen, 3 bedrooms with king bed, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, terrace with view on the pool area. First floor : dining/living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms with king bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet. Second floor : dining room with kitchen, bedrooms with king bed, bathrooms with shower/toilet. OUTDOOR FACILITIES (all for your private use): Big garden (fully fenced) Parking places Garden chairs, sun loungers and sun umbrellas Covered terrace furnished with tables and chairs Barbecue & stone oven Swimming pool (12m x 6m depth: min 1,2m max 2,2m). Open from early May to end October. The pool area is fenced (secured for families with young children).

Mooi huis, ontzettend schoon, compleet ingericht. Het enige nadeel voor ons was eigenlijk dat er geen echte grote gemeenschappelijk ruimte was, behalve buiten. Binnen ging het wel, maar ook maar net met 16 personen. Maar mocht je iets zoeken waarbij je juist met 3 groepen redelijk zelfstandig kunt verblijven dan is dit huis perfect, met 3 units met eigen keuken en badkamer. Tip: neem wel wat gezellige verlichting voor buiten mee, want 1 lampje op het terras vonden wij toch wat karig (gelukkig hadden we een lichtslang meegenomen.

Super schnelle Beantwortung aller Anfragen im Vorfeld und auch vor Ort. Kleine Extra Wunsche wurden auch umgehend erfüllt. Der Pool und das Anwesen sind schon eine Wucht. Wir konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen.

We went a family of 15 (aged 7-80 years) and all enjoyed the stay very much. Excellent pool area and outside dinning facilities for the entire family. All in all a very tidy, clean, spacious and well maintained property. Valeria was vey helpfull with all sorts of practicalities throughout our stay.

Amazing space for a large group

We stayed as a large group (we filled every bed) and really enjoyed our stay. The house was very well equipped for many people, with a good number of bathrooms and plenty of kitchen equipment. We loved using the garden for fresh herbs and tomatoes, eating around the large outdoor table, and swimming in the well-maintained pool daily. We traveled to several lovely hill towns using the house as our base of operations, and Valeria was responsive and very friendly when checking us in and helping us during our stay. She is even posting a left-behind laptop to one guest! We would definitely recommend the house to a large group looking for beautiful and relaxing venue for a vacation.

We had a wonderful time at the villa as a group of 9. The property is really well equipped to cook for large groups, the pool is fantastic, and the location was ideal for exploring Umbria. Guido and Valeria made every effort to give us a brilliant holiday - we particularly enjoyed having a chef come to the property to cook one evening. I would highly recommend staying here - we'll certainly be returning in the future!
