Starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent (if applicable), dish tabs (if applicable), and trash bags Linens and towels- Fully made beds with sheets, blankets, and comforters, bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, dish rags/clothes for washing and drying, misc. spare blankets (amount varies by property) Common items to bring for your stay: Clothing and personal bath toiletries- for allergenic reasons we do not supply shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Food and food related items- spices, coffee/flat bottom coffee filters, specific/unique small appliances (rice cooker, slow cooker, etc.) Firewood/Fire starting materials- as mentioned above, you may choose to purchase firewood through our company, which must be done 7 days prior to your arrival Grill propane or charcoal/lighter fluid for grilling (where applicable)- as mentioned above, you may choose to rent a propane tank through our company, which must be done 7 days prior to your arrival Beach towels Pet supplies (where applicable)- dog bowls, leashes, doggie bags, crates/bedding Specific/preferred bedding and bedding for the pull out beds and/or futons Check In/Check Out Times: Check In is at 4 pm and Check Out is at 11 am Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy: 50% of your rental total is due at the time of booking and final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please note that if your reservation is made within 30 days of your check in, full payment is due at the time of booking. Unless another credit card is provided, final payments will automatically be charged to the card on file, based on the guest count claimed at the time of booking, 30 days prior to arrival. Note that your balance may change if your guest count or number of pets changes. You may increase your occupancy up until check in and we will charge your card accordingly. No daytime visitors or extra guests are permitted without permission from staff or management. Cancellations more than 60 days in advance are subject to a $75 Cancellation Fee. Cancellations sooner than 60 days from Check In date will not receive a refund unless a new reservation, made by a different party, takes the place of the cancelled dates. The refund will be the equivalent of the new rental, a full refund, or whichever is less. Note that the "new reservation" does not mean that the guests who are canceling have the option to reschedule for different dates, using the money paid as a credit for a future reservation. Damage Protection Coverage: This $49 Damage Protection is program covers up to $500 in accidental damage to your rented unit that occurs during your covered occupancy. Tenant verification may be required in certain cases. Tenant will be responsible for the cost of repair of all damages that exceeds the coverage Limit of the Property Protection Program. The amount you pay for the Property Protection Program includes any related insurance, technology-support, service, and claims adjudication costs, along with administrative fees charged by the Buffalo Lodging Company for making this coverage available. This program does not cover intentional damage, those damages resulting from the negligence of tenant, or damages from non-compliance with the terms of this agreement. Very nice stay, was looking for more seclusion but it lived up to the listing. More notification on not having internet, we went 2 days without due to router not being reset on arrival. Close to the state park which was a big plus.

This was exactly what we were looking for and it was as advertised. 4 separate bedrooms so everyone had their own space. We used the fire pit, hot tub, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything but the food :)

Cabin was great but the outside smelled like septic every few minutes. Didn't ruin the trip but made sitting around the firepit and in the hot tub much less pleasant. No response from property manager when I reached out. I wouldn't hesitate to book again if the septic issue is resolved.

We enjoyed our time at the cabin. However, there are a few items that need attention. 1. The Dishwasher top shelf is broken which affects the wash cycle. 2. All the bathroom towels were the lowest quality I have ever experienced in a rental cabin. They were rough and like rags I use to was the car with at home. 3. The two plastic trash cans, to be kept out on the back porch, were easily knocked over one night of our stay by a heavy rain and the raccoons tore open every plastic bag inside and everything was strewn all over the back porch. We cleaned it up and tried to secure the cans the next couple of nights. Why are you not using metal, heavy duty cans with locking lids? 4. in the hot tub, a number of the jets seemed to be broken or putting out very little power. 5. It was advertised that the cabin had internet which we counted on. None of us got more than 1 bar and sometimes no bars even while switching to Wifi. This was difficult as we were planning on communicating with family in Columbus while we were gone. With all that said, we had a great time with family. Hope you can improve your cabin so it will be a 5-star experience for future customers.

Cabin was nice, but was very cramped for the 10 people who stayed. There were enough beds for everyone, but not enough living room seats for everyone. The parking area was congested for the 3 cars we had during our stay. The kitchen was small as well. The basement was freezing and the upstairs bedroom was hot and stuffy. We didn't spend our days in the cabin so we made it work for the 4 days we were there. The location was great - within 10 minutes of everything in Hocking Hills.

For the most part it was nice. Out by the hot tub and fire pit smelled like sewer. All needed cooking supplies such as pots, pans and utensils were available
