The owners have done an amazing job decorating the spacious condo. The fully equipped kitchen and both bathrooms features granite counter tops. Each bedroom and the living room have flat screen TVs. The main bedroom has a king size bed plus a Murphy bed in the alcove that looks like a dresser. Your condo has tile floors throughout, a washer and dryer for your use as well as free Wifi and a free assigned parking spot. PLEASE NOTE: This is a non-smoking property. 2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathroom Bedroom 1 – King Sized Bed plus a full size Murphy Bed Bedroom 2 – Queen Sized Bed Direct Beachfront on Madeira Beach and close to everything is the Trillium. This condo complex is a smaller building have only 15 condos that has direct beach access with a heated pool. The condos have large balconies with direct Gulf view… its perfect for the beach lovers!! We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was overdue time to decompress from the craziness of life. The place was perfect and the bed was the best bed for any place I have ever stayed before. The room, pool and beach was a great location for this much needed trip.

A nice rental. Decorated nicely. Furniture is new, beds comfy! Building is older, and that shows some in the condo (cabinet drawers stick, ceilings are lower, master bath is small). But overall is great! And it’s right on the beach, there’s no dunes in between you and the water.

Aesthetically pleasing. Bright beach feel! Updated furniture and decor. Easy Access to beach. Could have a had a more thorough cleaning for the cleaning fee that was charged. New shower curtain rods and new sliding glass doors to the balcony would have been excellent both were old and in disrepair.

Beach Views!
This location has great views of the beach and the proximity to the water is super! The building itself is very old, smelly and run down. The photos of the unit show the remodeling but it is masking a lot. The furniture was nice, beds were comfy. The fridge and all appliances are yellowing and old. The master bathroom is so very tiny it's difficult for one person to fit comfortably. The shower tub is old and moldy and the shower curtain rail is rusted. Each and every bath towel was stained and moldy. Gross! The shower curtain had stains on it too.
Each and every closet door was broken (falling off rails; knobs not attached).
All kitchen utensils are old and not of any quality.
There were 3 beach chairs and some sand toys for kids. There were two beach umbrellas, a beach wagon and a small cooler which was helpful.
There are no beach towels provided, nor is there any dish soap or a sponge. There is minimum toilet paper and only a few trash bags provided.

Great location
The location was great and the condo is very nicely decorated. It could have been a little cleaner for our liking, but it wasn’t filthy or anything. Both tubs were draining very slowly when we first showered, but they came and fixed them the same day I notified them. The master bath is kind of awkward the way it’s set up, but it serves the purpose. Overall it’s a pretty nice condo.

First off your location on picking up and dropping off keys is not close. Try a lock box on site.more customer friendly. Second im not sure if condo was swept,as i found finger nails on floor. Unit needs updating,furniture beds kitchen.I have stayed at Trillum 3 times,and this needs updating.

This was my second stay at the Trillium, and the place gave me the same thrill as last year! Great location, close to everything, very quiet beach, amazing sunsets. Don't believe it can get any better! Half of the chairs by the pool were removed because they were broken: hopefully they will be replaced.

Great location on the beach. The sounds of the gulf can be heard in the two gulf front bedrooms. Loved watching the dolphins play from the balcony and the sunsets are amazing. The Trillium is located on a quiet part of Madeira Beach yet close to restaurants, shopping, etc. One of our best vactions ever.

The view and beach access was amazing. The ice maker did not work.

Springs popping out, nothing left to it. woke up with backache everyday. I agree with previous reviews this has been a problem for years and nothing has been done to correct the problem. Sofa bed needs replacing also. Slider doors are very difficult to open. Because of these issues I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great location but…

The location and view from this unit were wonderful. The mattresses in both bedrooms were the worst we've ever slept on. Over all look of the unit was ok, furniture was dated to old, but clean. Lots of small maintenance issues, front door knob, master bath tub faucet, closet doors, all sliders and blinds and weird "pads" glued to bottom of balcony furniture. Quick response to malfunctioning air conditioning. Very inconvenient key pick up and drop off, most everywhere else we've rented have an on site box and email you a code to open on arrival. More than two keys for the beach gate/complex are needed for a two bedroom unit.

Great location, quiet and clean. (although one armchair in the living room was filthy). We loved that the 2 bedrooms both were ocean view and comparable in size. Some simple inexpensive things that would easily and greatly improve the property:
provide beach towels; provide liquid dish soap; replace the horrible rusted shower curtain rings so you can actually close the shower curtain properly; replace the gross cushion toilet seat in the master bath; update bedding throughout.
As for the rental company...key pick up and drop off is completely inconvenient! Having to get transportation to and from the rental agency was an expensive, time consuming ordeal. Can't there be a drop box on the property when you leave, or even lock the keys in the unit for the cleaning crew to pick up?
We would stay here again if ever in the area due to the location and the small size of the complex.

Great Condo and Location
This was the perfect quick get away from the cold and snow. Unit was very clean, roomy, bright and cheerful. Only a 1mi walk to Johns Pass. We’ll be back next year!

Needs Attention
Started off with incomplete information at check-in (no parking pass). Arrived at property and exterior maintenance going on so only 6 available parking places for a 15-unit building. 2 calls to rental agency and the comment was "we don't know what is going on we will get back with you!" and they never did (twice I called!). 3-4 bi-fold closet doors were off track and out of alignment so they would swing around and not stay closed. main patio door blinds were messed up (rod to open and close would not stay on and work properly. Garbage disposal was not working. And no internet as advertised. WiFi/DSL modem was there and the wifi was working but it was not connected to anything (like the phone line or cable). Maintenance guy scratched his head, took a picture and said I will talk to a guy at the office and get back to you (and they did not). BTW - he was over for a leak that was reported but was not. All of this made for a stressful and unhappy 10-days. We talked to a couple that had just purchased the unit beside us and when they heard which one we were in they frowned and said it was bad! The positive part was the view is incredible and the beach is very nice, but there are 100's of others in the area I would recommend over this one.
