It can accommodate 4 to 5 and is very well suited for a family with children. Bed linen, towels, bath mat, kitchen towel and cleaning supplies are provided. Rental price includes the cleaning fee (cleaning the kitchen appliances and dishes is not included) and tourist tax. Well located apartment, with easy (if hilly) walk up to the centre of Avoriaz and a nice ski down to the lifts in what we call “The Bowl” Apartment was clean, tidy and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

A great weeks stay in this apartment - it is compact but everything you need for a comfortable stay is there, the sunny balcony and views were amazing to wake up to every morning. A short stroll to the centre of the resort and a great games bar nearby. Access to the slopes was fantastic would highly recommend and would stay again.

Nous avons passés une super semaine! L’ appartement est au top! Tres fonctionnel! Parfait pour un couple avec enfants. Le quartier est très calme. Très bien situé! Consigne d’arrivée et de départ simple à suivre. La propriétaire est très reactive à toutes questions. Nous reviendrons!

On a bien apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement. Communications rapides et sympa avec le propriétaire et les gérants sur place. Placement parfait pour accéder au télésièges (Tour, Intrets, Stade), lits banquettes conviennent mieux à ceux qui ont moins de poids, cuisine propre et bien agencé. La salle de bains avait parfois une odeur, mais c'était assez gérable avec le désodorant spray (fourni). Skiroom et casier sécurisés au 1er étage avec accès direct aux pistes (niveau blue exigé). Merci beaucoup - on a passé de super vacances de Noël avec une famille de deux adultes, deux enfants!

Super séjour à Avoriaz dans cet appartement bien équipé (notamment coté accessoires cuisine), très fonctionnel (placard, penderie, nombreuses prises électriques, Casier ski.), avec un bon wifi, bien exposé (Sud Est) et à proximité directe des télésièges et de la télécabine des Prodains (permet d'aller facilement à Morzine Village) Le service de conciergerie est appréciable, sympathique et très souple. Le petit bémol (mais je suppose commun avec la majorité des appartements à Avoriaz ;) : la pièce de vie avec couchages + coin cuisine est assez petite, on est vite serré à 4.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien agencé et équipé. Départ ski au pieds, proximité des commerces et jolie vue sur la montagne. Organisation de notre arrivée et notre départ simple et rapide, l'appartement était très propre. Merci encore pour tout.

The apartment is located in a quiet place not far from the cable car station and directly on the slope. Still one could quickly reach to the ski rental store, ski pass selling point and a local shop where also breakfast essentials such as milk and fresh bread are sold in the morning. Supermarkets with wide variety of food products and village center hosting evening animation are in 7-10 min walk. The apartment seems to be recently renovated and every detail is thought of enabling a convenient stay in the tiny space. There are enough sockets for electric appliances such as kettle, toaster and coffee maker clever located on the kitchen shelves. Wooden dining furniture is durable and nice. The ski area map on the wall was a very useful decoration: we recalled the moments of the past day and planned the next one looking at it together. The owner responded quickly to all our questions and requests and provided detailed information and useful tips for the stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment for skiers in Avoriaz/Portes du Soleil area.

Het apartement (Le Cedrat) heeft een prachtig uitzicht en ligt op de piste. Altijd ski-inn en ski-out dus. Het is niet groot, zou zeker daar niet met 5 personen verblijven, maar heeft alles wat je nodig heeft. Het heeft 1 slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een 1 persoons-bed ( stapelbed). Inclusief Handdoeken, lakens, schoonmaakmiddel en veel keukengerei. Minpunten: de kussens zijn erg slecht, dus breng je eigen kussens mee en het internet is niet stabiel. Soms voor een aantal uren geen internet. Verder prima!

Petit appartement confortable très fonctionnel très bien placé dans la station. Nous avons apprécié en particulier la salle de bain refaite à neuf avec baignoire et douche excellente, le confort des lits et des banquettes, la literie etc... Bref, parfait pour quatre personnes et sans doute même pour cinq. Nous reviendrons !

Leider war das Wohnobjekt für ältere Besucher etwas weit ab. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Da unsere Kinder und Enkel auch eine Wohnung gemietet hatten, haben wir nicht viel Zeit im Appartement verbracht. Die Straßen sind für Fußgänger sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für Skifahrer ist Avoriaz wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist weiter zu empfehlen.
