We booked a stay at The Graduate Hotel Eugene for a concert and couldn't have been more pleased.

The Graduate offers top-notch amenities like a clean and modern design, helpful staff, and a convenient location. A real gem in the heart of Eugene!

The only downside is the noise level from the street outside, but overall, it's a great place to stay.

Unique hotel, great location, check your bill

Location was excellent, unique room, view was great and staff very friendly

Shower was broken, but what actually was disappointing was they double charged me due to what they said was an issue with booking.com transferring over the card. Okay no worries I thought until it took me several calls being told “ we will call you back by end of business day or soon” couple days later I would call back and get the same spiel. Just felt like I wasn’t a priority and while it wasn’t a big deal since it was just one night, I couldn’t help but feel like the mental image was someone tossing my information in the trash once we hung up. Everyone was very nice when I called but I always had to re-explain what had happened- even giving details the last person I talked to had told me. Communication or follow up could be better.

Lovely hotel, good location

Loved the vibe and theme, clean rooms, super friendly staff and a good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Horrible strong smell in lobby, I think it's supposed to be air freshener but it was very overpowering. Pool needs an update.

Hip Hotel in Eugene

Love this cute hotel in downtown Eugene. Staff was helpful and efficient and the rooms, cafe and restaurant were great. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops. I’d stay here again.

Good for overnight-stay in Eugene, nice style

Staff was very friendly, room was nicely decorated, good bed. Shopping centre and restaurants nearby, also a supermarket within 10min on foot. Got there with uber, and there is the bus terminal within 10min walk, also the bus stop to get to the coast (Florence). As a female single traveller I felt safe

The bathroom was clean, but the shower was a bit odd, water stayed in tube after showering, also toilet seemed to have an issue with the waterflow. Breakfast should be included in that price category

I liked everything, but the first day was very noisy. Room was next to working storage. Next day, Manager change to very nice room. Very comfortable and very nice view. Thank you....

great location, great bar, great atmosphere and they have the most comfortable beds.

location was great and the room decor was so cute!

2 tiny things. the hallway smelled musty, like from water. the fan/heat/ac in the room blows right on you when you’re in bed. it is up in a corner so you can’t really redirect it off of you.

The breakfast would have been good if there was one available.

Beware of the exorbinate parking fee that they charge you per night! It was a nice surprise. BTW, you can park in the public garage across the street.

You won’t sleep, but you might be fine if your drunk.

Location and facilities were excellent. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and the hotel was very kitschy.

Let me tell you, if you are looking for a dorm experience you will have it here. We came for a volleyball tourney and were woke up the first night at 2 am by loud drunk people roaming the halls, and the next night at 11 by a dog barking, then 2 by a drunk couple fighting and yelling for an hour and then at 4 by people slamming doors over and over. The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear everything. I have never slept so poorly in a hotel (and we’ve been doing club for 7 years). 150% would not stay here if you actually want to sleep.
