Our family of 5 plus two adult guests truly enjoyed staying at this lovely property in the heart of Arles. Regis did a fantastic job with everything from check-in, to recommending the best restaurants in the area. The flat is very spacious and comfortable, with nice rooftop terrace. Besides having so many of its own cultural treasures with Roman ruins, medieval churchs, and Van Gogh places of interest, Arles is a fantastic home base for visiting various places in Provence on day trips such as Avignon, Aix-en-Provence, and Chateauneuf-du-Pape, for example. Highly recommend this property for a fabulous Provence experience. Four days was not enough!

This apartment is beautiful, and is within easy walking distance of the Roman arena and all of Arles. We also visited Pont du Gard and Les-Baux-de-Provence; both spectacular! The updated showers and wonderful big bathtub were great, and the kitchen was not lacking in anything. Regis was a very helpful host throughout the process.

We had a wonderful week in Arles, and thoroughly enjoyed Regis' lovely apartment. Large, clean, well equipped, comfortable, central to everything in town. Literally steps from the Place du Forum, but we walked everywhere in town. We rented a car while in Arles (for exploring the Camargue and other sites), and the public parking garage is an easy walk from the apartment. We were only two couples, but the apartment could have easily accommodated a larger group. Arles was a very convenient location; we easily drove to Avignon, Saintes Marie de la Mer, Aigues-Mortes, the ornithological park in the Camargue. But we also explored the town itself, which has rich historical sites, good food, and a great Saturday market. I would highly recommend Regis' lovely apartment, and the city of Arles itself.

A comfortable apartment in the heart of Arles. Convenient to sightsee and enjoy the sights of the city. Located at the Place du Forum … wonderful cafes right at our doorstep! Great apartment for a group of friends to share. Lovely open floor plan to relax and enjoy delicious croissants or a glass of wine. Small terrace for a quiet moment. It's a walk up so we did get exercise.

Le logement correspond exactement aux photos. Il est très agréable et bien situé dans Arles. La petite terrasse est très appréciable également. Toutefois, l'incorrection du propriétaire est à noter, en terme d'impolitesse et de manque de ponctualité.

Regis' apartment is situated on a wonderful square in the middle of Arles. Close to bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and museums, it is a great point of departure for enjoying the city. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well-equipped. Regis gave us useful tips about the city (go to the Saturday morning market!).

Great oasis in Arles

Great oasis in Arles

This was our home base for exploring Provence (Nimes, Avignon, ...). Prefect location. Regis was a great host and did a wonderful job designing this modern apartment amongst roman ruins. His recommendations for dining out were spot on - some of our best meals. Be forewarned, reservations are a must (the restaurants he picks are intimate and they have a small fixed number of meals to serve). Avoid eating in the square. While inviting, the restaurants cater mostly to casual tourists (pizza and reheated snacks) and not worth your time or money. Every morning picked up delicious fresh baked artisan bread just around the corner. It was very hot during our 5 day stay (100F) and having A/C was a real win. Great having 4 separate bedrooms and 3 showers. Perfect for our family of 5. Fantastic gelato in the square by the Hotel de Ville. The museum at the west end of town by the old roman race track while modest is worth a visit. They have an amazingly preserved 100 foot ancient galleon recently dig up from the river bed. Would definitely return!

This was an extremely comfortable, clean and quiet apartment for my family of four. We stayed for four nights. This apartment could sleep 8 comfortably. Very well appointed with new appliances, including washer/dryer. Location is just off of town plaza, with easy walking distance to anything in Arles, but noise is minimal. Also close to safe city parking, which means you do not have to take your car into old Arles-- driving into the old city should be avoided if at all possible. Regis is a most accommodating host, with excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights in the. Everything you could need is provided in this apartment. We will always cherish our time here!
