Located in Tala, this charming villa for $332 per night is a great option for your next trip. Villa Nirvana offers a real experience of relaxation for those who like to get away from the crowds, but who still want be close enough to amenities so as not to feel remote. You will soon melt into the relaxing peacefulness, and have the space and opportunity to restore some calm to life. Located just a 20 minute drive from Coral Bay beach, 20 minutes from Paphos town and harbour and 5 minutes from Tala Square, you can have the best of both worlds. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, tavernas, beaches and local sights just a short drive away, yet without intruding on your villa oasis. This modern 3 bedroom villa on a south facing Tala hillside commands extensive panoramic views of Paphos town, the coastline to Coral Bay and mountains to the east. By day you can see Paphos stretched before you, whether you are sitting in the large window in the lounge, on the master bedroom balcony, on one of the deep-cushioned, comfy sunbeds, or while taking a dip in the inviting infinity edge pool. The sunsets from Villa Nirvana are breathtaking, and by night there is something magical about watching the twinkling lights of the town from the comfort of your villa. Completed to a high standard, the light and airy interior is complemented by stylish modern furniture and a well equipped Italian kitchen. The three bedrooms, one of them en-suite, each have a king size bed. We provide all linen and pool towels, along with hairdryers in all rooms, so no need to pack any. A welcome pack with first day essentials is also provided for your arrival. On departure day, you may stay in the villa until 6pm, so if you have a late flight you can spend the day soaking it all in before heading to the airport. We take pride in providing you with a home that is already cleaned to an excellent standard by our amazing team, but we've decided to make it even better. After every departure, the villa will have a short break from receiving guests, to enable it to be disinfected throughout before then receiving its usual, thorough, turnaround clean. The laundry service also includes additional sanitisation of bedding and towels. As usual, access to the villa doesn't require you to visit an office or meet someone to get the keys. A key safe is provided outside the villa so you can let yourselves in. Please note that there is no longer a hot tub at this property. Photographs showing the hot tub will be replaced when possible. We have added a couple more comfy sunbeds for you.

Just returned from a 11 night stay at this Villa The views are simply stunning both night and day, which are the same from all front facing rooms. infinity pool and surrounding area is also well designed and spacious affording stunning views. Villa is one of three in this location and your privacy could be interrupted if your neighbours are at home as they over look this property and every time you walk up or down to the pool area you look direct onto your neighbours pool and adjacent sitting areas. Could be easily resolved by growing some bushes' at this location. Had an amazing time, lovely villa with breathtaking views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. The villa has stunning views from the panoramic bay, overlooking Paphos through to Coral Bay. Lovely infinity pool. Would highly recommend the villa to anyone considering a quiet, relaxing holiday.

Amazing. Our reason for choosing the villa were the views – and they did not disappoint. The views down to the coast are stunning – both at day and night. We enjoyed some spectacular sunsets (we timed our day trips to make sure we were back in time!). The villa is modern and clean with good sized living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. The villa next door is quite close but there are no villas on the other sides. It is in a lovely quiet area. Great location – 30 minutes from Paphos airport, 20 mins from Paphos – all on good (tarmac) roads. Highly recommended.

Communication with Shelley was excellent and the booking process was the easiest I have ever done.Villa is in a beautiful location, so peaceful, with breathtaking views and glorious weather. Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely relaxing 10 days in late October. The photographs give a true impression of a lovely villa with perfect views, especially at night time. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is here. The pool is great for swimming, the hot tub is perfect for relaxing in especially if the weather turns chilly. Hopefully we will be able to make a return visit in the future.

We had a fantastic holiday in Villa Nirvana. We booked last minute and thanks to the excellent communication from Shelley everything was organised very quickly. The villa itself is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The views are sensational and we didn’t know whether to just spend all day at the villa enjoying the vista or to go out exploring! So glad we chose this villa - would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks again to Shelley for getting everything sorted so quickly and smoothly.

Wow what an amazing villa!! every room was spotless when we arrived, it has everything you need for a perfect stay! The pool is amazing & the hot tub just WOW! The view is unbelievable especially at night with the lights over Paphos & the stars. We would highly recommend this villa if you want a wonderful relaxing holiday in an amazing villa with everything you could possibly need 5*

Excellent villa on the hillside with views that really cannot be matched. We arrived just after dusk and as soon as we opened the front door we could see the lights of Paphos down on the coast below. The next day when we opened the curtains from the bedroom the view really cam into it's own. The villa is very well equipped and you want for nothing. Lidls is just a 10min drive away for all the food and drink you should need. No need to buy water as the water is very drinkable in cyprus, the kitchen houses a fridge that produces ice cold water and ice on demand (very nice). The pool is a very decent size and the hot tub in the late evening is wonderful and really did relax and help me sleep aswell. A truly wonderful holiday was had by us in a truly wonderful setting and as the title would suggest the views really are for your eyes only!

Our holiday was everything we could have hoped for and more! the property is amazing, everything is catered for and the location is in easy reach of a whole range of activities and attractions. From landing and collecting our hire car at the airport, we were walking through the front door of the villa within 30 minutes. This is an ideal holiday home to suit everyone, the views are just simply beautiful. The booking process was so simple and the owners could not have been more helpful. We had already booked for next year on day two of our holiday because we were so impressed. Can't wait to be there again next year! we would most certainly recommend this villa to anyone who wanted a dream holiday experience. Tony and Julie W

the Villa was stunning, from the moment we opened the door and saw the view through the window we were amazed. Only a short drive to Coral bay or to the harbour was a great day out, the car that was included was great, really easy to pick up from the airport and drop off. My overall impression of the holiday was fantastic and would highly recommend it. 5 Star rating
