A beautiful garden with a swimming pool and a fantastic view. The villa is impressive at first glance. Relatively well equipped, a lot of space and a pleasant bypass around the house.

Unfortunately, generally dirty. First, we mopped the floor. The villa has its heyday behind it and would require small investments. Cables protruding everywhere, old rtv equipment scattered around, the grill is asking for a replacement, the garage door is falling apart.

Exceptional

This is a stunning and well maintained property, a short drive from central Paphos. There are some nice bars and eateries in the local area too. The Villa and pool are superb with an amazing view. The property had everything we needed for our two week stay. Loved it!

Beautiful Villa in stunning location

Beautiful Villa! We had the most amazing time. The villa was clean and garden and pool was well kept and maintained. Very spacious and had everything we needed for a home like feel. The host was very hospitable and attentive even checking we had arrived safely and that everything was to our liking. We had a slight issue with the gas bottle being empty which was no bother we just got a refill at the nearest shop and the host refunded us the money immediately as she was made aware. The views from the property are also stunning! I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful villa. Thank you Inna for an amazing stay

Found neglected property not ready for vacation. Well below the standards, I wish I had stayed at

Please do not book this property. Avoid yourself being scammed. I stayed here with my fiancee and a second couple, my friends. We arrived ate the property, the outside door did not work, it was jammed. we carefully tried to enter the property yard, and the owner claims that we broke the door. This door was already dry from the wether and broken. Then we entered the house, there was no hot water. we had to call the person, to be told that we had to turn on some switches and wait until next day. No showers on the first night, no hot water. In the bathrooms, we could not turn the cold water, it was also jammed and rusted. In the kitchen, the water was difficult to also turn on. The house was very cold, we were told to turn the individual heat on, we had to wait two days until the entire house came up to some tolerable temperature. My bedroom never really heated up to tolerable temperature The wifi was so slow, that I had to use my own connection service. This property is not really ready to be lived in, especially if you are on vacation. It needs lots of maintenance, it is ignored. I have been asked to pay for repairing some some frivolous things, such as the outside door, which was already damaged. The owner claims anything that helps make a case for getting money from the people staying there. I strongly recommend against considering this property, find something else. I wish that I did. Very uncomfortable stay.

best of cyprus! if you're looking for a stunning house with a sunny terrace, exciting views and a world-class-pool, than book the villa garden of eden! best value for money - 3 bedrooms fits for max 6 people - ideal for a family oder friends&couples! the villa isn't a modern style, more a typical cyprus stone-house - spacious with a lot of out-door-place - electronics are good working - wifi is ready for streaming at the large smart-tv with sound-bar! and the water-quality of the pool is really outstanding - clear - fresh - best maintenanced - no troubles with over-chlorinated water! thanx inna to be your guest and the every-time-perfect communication - we want to come back! ps: the location is at a very safe suburb of paphos, you need really a car for attending - the description for your arrival and how to get the keys is perfect - so you can come at every day or night-time denpending to your flight dates!

Beautiful villa situated on the mount with incredible view on Paphos and see

Water pressure in all bathrooms was very low, just two rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms and there were no garbage bags at all.

Perfect in every way

Location is amazing. Property is better than those in the photos, well furnished, tastefully decorated, comfortable bed, 2 bathrooms are fab, outdoor area is all I could wish for.
