Nous ne reviendront pas. Service pas à la hauteur.

Lors du Check out la personne de la réception nous a demandé de patienter 5 minutes le temps qu’un de leurs salariés vérifient la chambre. Quelques minutes plus tard, il nous montre une photo de serviette sale et nous demande de payer un extra. Cette serviette avait été utilisée pour nettoyer la bouche de notre fils qui avait mangé de la soupe. Leur réponse? Vous devez payer un supplément car l’hôtel ne peut pas nettoyer cette serviette et est obligé de l’envoyer à l’extérieur pour être lavée… un peu cheap pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus le personnel de réception n’est pas aimable. De tous les hôtels que l’on a fait en Thaïlande c’est celui où l’on est certains de ne pas revenir… le petit déjeuner manque de variété. Les plats du room service sont sans goût ou trop salés. Bref, pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Great location and friendly staff but not the nicest facilities.

The location was nice and the staff were happy to offer advice with restaurants and cabs.

The room was very smelly, seems to be coming from the bathroom. There was also a lot of mold in the bathroom and the bedsheets had black marks on them. There was lots of flies in the pool.

Wir würden wieder kommen. Das Personal an der Rezeption war megafreundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Personal war super nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Der Pool auf dem Dach war super. Der Weg zum Airtrain war zufuß leicht zu erreichen.

Fehlender Schrank. Das Bad ist etwas vernachlässigt worden. Bett wurde am nächsten Tag nicht gemacht aber das Trinkgeld schon genommen.

not nice.

good location

We booked three standard double room (king bed) for three families with children via booking .com. They gave us two rooms and said the other rooms is not clean yet. They also asked if we would want a connecting room, if yes, then they can get it cleaned and give it to us. We agreed, dropped out luggeges in the two rooms and went out. later at night, when they gave us the connecting room key, we found the connecting two rooms to be too small. we asked for an extra bed for the child as the connecting room had two single beds. they charged 700 baht for the extra bed for child and also refused to give extra pillows (there were only two pillows in each room) unless we pay full in cash. After two nights we figured that they only gave one standard double room to us and the other two connecting rooms were not standard doubles. We tried to communicate this to the hotel management and the hotel staff was very rude and kept saying we chose the room and took the key. Finally we had yo show them the booking.com paper to make them understand that they gave us wrong rooms. They were reluctant to accept their mistake and kept saying all the rooms are the same and we picked our room. How could we know which are standard double and which are not? Finally they adjusted 700 baht for one night that we had to pay for extra bed and changed the room for the last night. It was tiring to continuously talk and negotiate with them and the staff was not helpful at all. The staff that i found to be nice and helpful were the one from the lobby coffee lounge and Ankush from the dining area. I would not recommend this hotel as the hotel staff and management are not honest and nice. one family who were staying two more extra days later changed hotel to Raddission in Sukumvit as our stay was not enjoyable.

Ein super Wochenendhotel in Bangkok

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich. Sind sehr früh angereist und konnten unser Zimmer sogar früher beziehen.

Die Betten sind sehr sehr hart. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr europäisch angehaucht sein - es gab weder Wurst noch Käse.

Prima hotel voor een paar nachten

Ligging aan leuke straat met veel lokale winkels en eetgelegenheden, heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zwembad was een plus.

Die gute Frühstück Auswahl. Die kleine Bar mit Service. Das kleine Informationsbüro. Die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals.

Das Service Personal im Restaurant könnte ein wenig freundlicher sein ;-)

Hätte es Schimmel und Geruch nicht gegeben...

Das zimmer war sehr geräumig und wirkte neuwertig. Wir waren auf den 7ten Stock. Man ist sehr zentral und kommt über Grab und tuktuk zu allen Attraktionen unter 300 baht. Eine Anbindung an die Metro ist ebenfalls vorhanden und 10min zu fuß entfernt, was die Anreise vom Airport perfekt macht. Direkt neben an ist ein 7/11 und ein gutes und günstiges Thai Restaurant.

Nach Betreten des Zimmers roch es nach Schimmel und Abwasser. Das Fenster zum Balkon lies sich nicht öffnen. Lüften war so unmöglich. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet mit Umluft. Der Gestank kam vorallem aus dem Badezimmer und zog trotz geschlossener Badezimmertür durch das Appartement. An den Wänden im Appartement (außerhalb des Badezimmers) sind Schimmelpilze (weiße Flecke) zu erkennen. Auch die Badezimmertür ist von Schimmel befallen. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass es auf Dauer gesundheitsschädlich ist und wir sind froh, dass Hotel heute verlassen zu haben. Dieses Zimmer darf man unter diesen Umständen nicht anbieten. Nachts war das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, man hatte das Gefühl, dass sich andere Gäste in der Tür geirrt haben, wenn sie ihre Tür öffneten. Auch die Klimaanlagen von anderen Balkonen waren zu hören.

Reception to draw you in with poor rooms and ensuite

The location and the reception

The bathroom was terrible, we had this ensuite which had a shower room which i have no words to describe it. It was very out dated with cracked tiles , the floor was old and harsh. There was dust all around the room , the toilet had broken tissue holder. For a reception that is filled with marble tiles all over , the guest rooms surely disappoint.

Very good

The staff was kind and the pool area was beautiful. Breakfast had many options and we enjoyed it. The location is perfect, hotel street has nice options for food and services.

We stayed for one week, and during one of those days the room had an unpleasant smell from the sewers. Other days we had no problem. The bed in the room was hard surfaced. The pool's sunbeds can't be modified so you can only get sun on one side.

Try the hotel restaurant for dinner! It was good! Very convenient to great street food, supermarkets, laundry and pharma

Staff. I would like to give high praise to K, who greets guests in the warmest manner. It feels like he loves his hotel his job and humans. This man deserves promotion.

The staff is super cool, friendly, helpful. My wife is really like the service of this hotel, my anniversary is really good. The room is prepared really nice with swan towel and cake. Once again thank you for your services. I will come back again.

The rooftop swimming pool and the clean environment. The breakfast has a great variety and there's always something new during our 4-day stay. The WiFi is strong and the room is big.

The sewage smell in the bathroom, the broken safe, and the poor communication skills (not language, they speak good English). Before our arrival, we tried to message the hotel about our stay, but there wasn't any reply until we reached out to booking.com. When we thought everything would be great and the hotel would accommodate our needs accordingly, we found out nothing was prepared upon our arrival and we had to explain ourselves again. It was very frustrating. The same situation happened over and over again during our 4-day stay.

Overall it is amazing hotel if you want to stay and access to the shopping center.

great value for money

Spacious an clean rooms. The nights were quiet and we had a good sleep, we even did not need to switch on the aircon. WiFi was OK. The quality of the hotel corresponds to european 4* standards. The swimming pool was excellent and with wonderful views. The breakfast a mixture of Thai and continental choices. The hotel is very close to basically everything a tourist might need: a rail connection to the airport, a elevated rail to the city center and there is a street food corner just 5 minutes away.

A bit smelly bathroom, although this seems to be a general problem, so just keep the door closed. The view from some rooms is a wall of the neighbouring building maybe 4 m away, so keep the windows covered as well. Aircon in public areas is maxed out, so you have to take an extra shirt wherever you go. But none of that bothered us to feel cosy and welcome.
