I give the hotel a 7 because - in the pictures the rooms look huge but in reality they are very small! The window doesn't open! The blinds are very difficult to raise! Otherwise the location is excellent and the view from the window too. The cleanliness and amenities were good! The staff was responsive! Since we had a trip and we returned there for the last time, we left our luggage there, before we arrived they delivered tickets to us there. For travelers who are not in the room all day it is good. But the space is small, there is no wardrobe.

The bed was large and comfy, for a family with 2 infants. The location was super convenient, with the market across the road and shopping complex around the corner.
There's no elevator - not sure if it was written somewhere in the listing. But wasn't informed until right before arriving.

Location is very good.
No warm water at all during our stay. We asked about it every day and they promised to fix it soon. They promised a refund for the problem to my credit card, but it never came.
