This house was ideal for a bunch of middle-aged siblings to celebrate a long weekend in Nashville. The living room and back patio were great places to relax and converse; Kitchen was well-equipped; beds and bathrooms quite comfortable. A few minor housekeeping nits have been communicated to the owner. Overall, this was a very enjoyable home.

This place is so cute! Beds were good. Couch was comfy. Hot tub was nice to relax in after a day of walking those hills. Very cute neighborhood. Highly recommend this for families and large groups. We were a small group so only used down stairs mostly. We didnt cook so i dont know about the stove. Great place!

Well appointed home with period pieces and charming outdoor spaces: jacuzzi, eating area and terraced path to the road above. Bright breakfast room, off street parking, modern kitchen and TVs made this house a treat to stay in.

Upon arriving at the Orleans home the outside was not tidy (leaves everywhere on back patio an just not kept up real well) grill cover off laying on the ground, hot tub area ran down definitely could handle a refresh. The front door was literally wide open when we got there. In the kitchen I would recommend a Keurig coffee pot for sanitary reasons. It is unsafe to dip into coffee, sugar, etc that’s in canisters for ALL GUESTS. There was trash juice under the can in the kitchen upon arrival and a pile of dirt with a potato chip swept in the corner of the kitchen. The couch, throw pillows an chairs are unsanitary. It’s not possible to thoroughly clean between guests. I would recommend leather so it can be wiped down an cleaned. I certainly don’t want to lay on pillows and a couch that other people have done an had who knows what on. Very unsanitary! And the couch is a sectional that doesn’t even stay together.Too many dusty trinkets setting everywhere. The rugs need shampooed or thrown away they are not clean. The upstairs bathroom sink doesn’t drain. We each was left 2 wash cloths for a 3 night stay. We would have brought some had we known there wasn’t enough (instead we bought an 18 pack and left them) it would be nice to have some hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, clothes, etc. The beds was fairly comfortable. The neighbors woke us up and one of our 2yr old babies up 2 nights in a row being loud partying/ talking outside. Hot water/ pressure was excellent. Parking decent but not great having to share a driveway. Overall it’s like going to your great grandmas house who can’t see to clean. Not real satisfied with the money we spent nor the experience with our first AirBNB.
