We were warmly welcomed, even though we arrived a day late. The apartment had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us, and also lots of water in the fridge. There is a spacious room, with a very comfortable and discreet bed settee, a large balcony, good air-conditioning, separate shower and toilet. We were close to everything, including a great coffee shop on the corner of Rue Massena. All of which contributed to us having a great holiday.

C'est Magnifique!!
Home away from home. Closest experience we could have had to living there. We were warmly welcomed and settled in easily. Ample space for two with great basic amenities - washer, kitchenette, balcony with dining table. Value of proximity to train and bus stations was immeasurable. From our apartment we easily travelled to Monaco, San Remo, Nice and several perched villages by bus and train. Each morning we enjoyed going to the local bakery (2 minute walk). Grocery stores are within minutes walking distance. Menton is a delightful, beautiful, and peaceful place. Loved our time on the Riviera.

Séjour très agréable dans ce grand studio très bien situé, en centre ville, à quelques mètres de la gare SNCF (mais on n'entend pas du tout les trains) et à quelques centaines de mètres de la gare routière, avec les jardins Biovès au bout de la rue, et pleins de commerces de toute nature alentour.
La terrasse est très agréable.
Le studio est très bien équipé, avec des appareils ménagers de standing, de la vaisselle abondante, des produits d'entretien, de la nourriture (huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre, riz, café, sucre, etc... et même une coupe de fruits de saison variés pour accueillir les locataires!).
Le ménage de fin de location est compris dans le prix de la location, et c'est très agréable.
Enfin la propriétaire est tout à fait charmante, disponible et à l'écoute des locataires, tout comme la dame qui assure l'accueil sur place.
Seul petit bémol : la difficulté du stationnement quand on est venu en voiture, surtout pendant la fête des citrons.

Location très agréable, très bien équipée, très bien située. Nous ne nous sommes pas servis de notre véhicule du séjour.C'était juste un peu bruyant pour nous qui vivons habituellement dans une impasse. Merci à la propriétaire et à la personne sur place pour leur agréable accueil.

Amazing place to stay
This place is so wonderful in every way that we have been back to this specific studio 3 times and will keep going back.
The owner is a great person, very nice and very helpful. Everything you need is there - washing machine, dishwasher (works very quietly), all kitchen utensils, regular size fridge, air conditioning (a huge plus) !!!
Very quiet area, 3 little blocks from the beach. We LOVED IT!!!

Studio spacieux , élégant,confortable ,très propre et fort agréable ..et on se sentait "à la maison" .
la proximité des gares , du Centre et des magasins de bouche n'est pas négligeable , non plus ..
un petit problème : le lave-vaisselle , très lent donc pas question de le faire fonctionner le soir et plus très efficace !! l'aspirateur plus très efficace , non plus ..
excellent accueil de la personne qui a les clés !! et avons apprécié l'appel de notre propriétaire vraiment charmante !!
Nous sommes ravis !! nous n'hésiterons pas à recommander cette location ..

ça c'est le paradis !
Je n'appelle pas cela un studio car a aucun moment le manque de place ne s'est fait ressentir nous avons eu la sensation d'un véritable appartement.Tout y est optimisé, de cette belle salle de bain tout confort à la cuisine américaine d'une praticité et commodité ou l'on peut cuisiner comme chez soi car rien ne manque. Le couchage est de bonne qualité (bultex) et on a mangé quelques fois sur la terrasse qui à un très joli point de vue. Tout est à deux pas, le marché quotidien, les magasins le centre ville les restaurants et la plage. Le must... tout proche de l'Italie, de Monaco, le littoral fait rêver. Cet appartement est situé et tenu de manière remarquable et on a qu'une envie c'est d'y revenir. Dés l'accueil on ne s'y trompe pas, nous avons été conseillés par le propriétaire car il y a tellement de choses à voir dans la région. Je vous le dit gente gens moi j'y retourne dés que je peux !!!

Evitant les répétitions, je ne peux que confirmer les appréciations de Lysiane D, Yves B, Paola. J'ai passé, en partie avec une amie, 3 belles semaines dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux, bien chauffé, déjeunant presque tous les jours au soleil sur la terrasse. Je n'ai pas été gênée du tout par le bruit, l'appartement étant au 4ème étage. L'immeuble de standing est très bien entretenu, et merveilleusement situé. Je recommande cet appartement, sans limitation.

AUSSI CONFORTABLE MEME PLUS QUE CHEZ SOI......
Troisième année de location dans cet appartement, nous nous y plaisons et nous y revenons il ne manque rien pour notre confort. Ce logement est très bien situé, vous déposez votre voiture et tout ce fait à pied, les courses, la plage, les excursions, la gare routière est à 2 pas et vu le billet de transport (1€) cela ne vaut pas le coup de s'énerver pour trouver un parking, de plus payant... vous arrivez en train ? la gare est à coté mais pas 1 bruit de train, l'avion ? une navette toutes les 20 minutes Maintenant à vous de choisir. Et très agréable séjour et...avec le soleil bien sûr.

Nous y sommes retournés p...
Nous y sommes retournés pour la fin d'année, et toujours avec le même bonheur. Cette année l'appartement dispose en plus d'un lecteur DVD (idéal pour les soirées un peu froide de Décembre) et une clim qui sera un gros "plus" en été. Avec la gare derrière la maison et l'arrêt du bus pour Monaco Nice à 150 m pas question de trop flâner. En outre pour les amoureux de la petite randonnée les chemins des douaniers qui relient Menton a Monaco et Monaco a Cap D'Ail sont a conseiller, n'importe la saison. Pour les bons marcheurs le sentier qui contourne Cap Ferrat vaut le déplacement. Un grand merci a la propriétaire et à la dame de contact sur place, rendez-vous d'ici 1 an... on espère.

Idéal pour la fête des citrons
Appartement parfait car très bien situé (proche de la gare, du centre ville, des jardins et du corso pendant la fête des citrons), très bien agencé, très propre, environnement très calme. Il faut juste un peu de patience pour trouver une place de parking dans la rue. Nous en avons même profité pour visiter Vintimille et Monté Carlo en prenant le train.A conseiller vivement.
