Stunning location in Menton, and room was wonderfully cool during the night. Ice cold water was provided in the lobby. Room was very clean and felt secure. Reception staff always greeted us with bonjour or bonsoir whenever we walked past.
Luckily we stayed on a Sunday, so street parking was free on the main road, but there is very limited parking spaces and the carpark was full for the duration of our stay - reserve a parking spot early!

We liked the location of La Dolce Vita, very convenient to the town, restaurants, beach and supermarket. Lovely reception staff. Fabulous room with sea view and balcony but I had requested this when booking. We reserved a private car park but it seemed there were a lot of places to park nearby. We’ve been visiting Menton for many years and have always stayed the other side of the town, now we’ve found our new favourite hotel.
There were no bathrobes provided and no bottles of water in the room, not a problem really about the bathrobe but water would have been nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was nice and close to where we wanted to be.
the room itself was nothing special -- first floor facing the parking lot rather than a view of the city

Location
Small car park lucky to get a space I did book one but they lost my reservation
Asked for breakfast but was told we would have to be there at 7 am as that’s the only time it was available
