The breakfast was amazing!
The size of the room and the internet access. The internet was super slow.

Clean and high end. Restaurant of the hotel delicious and restaurant staff lovely. Valet to park the car perfect and kind.
No gym, the checkout staff rude telling us that checkout time is 11 am whereas it is written 12 pm in the elevator, telling us “what’s written in the elevator is wrong”. Then just correct the sign in your elevator. Also air conditioning filters need to be cleaned.

Not enough sun beds or parasols. No parasol with tables outside the room.

The location and the swimming pool were nice.
The ashtrays outside were not emptied during the three days of our stay.
The breakfast door hanger stated it should be placed outside before 3:00 a.m.—we put it out around 11:00 p.m., yet nothing was delivered the next morning. We were told we should have informed the staff. So what is the point of the hanger then?
No one was at the front desk at 9:30 p.m. on a Saturday night.
Housekeeping came but did not replenish toilet paper or water bottles.
At check-out, the water bottles we had requested were charged to our bill.
Disappointing and overpriced for a hotel that claims to be a 5-star boutique—service does not live up to the standard.
