Nestled in Temple Terrace, this lovely house for $158 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Experience tranquility in this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, featuring a private fenced backyard and state-of-the-art smart security. As you step inside the Sun Villa, you'll be greeted by lightning-fast Wi-Fi, smart technology, and a thoughtfully designed spacious floor plan. Perfect for extended stays, this family- and pet-friendly home is centrally located in the heart of Tampa’s University area, close to Busch Gardens, the University of South Florida, Moffitt Cancer Center, and James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. The Sun Villa features a large, bright, and open living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and a laundry room. The outdoor patio area includes seating and a charcoal grill, enclosed in a fenced backyard. During every stay, the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent a door code and check-in instructions. While we do not live on site, we are available via a quick message! DETAILS BY ROOM: The Living Room - Furnished with a cream sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 50" TV, this is the perfect place to lounge. The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more! The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms are equipped with iHome clocks. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a stand-up glass shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is close to both rooms. Outdoor - A patio with plenty of seating, good lighting, and a charcoal grill transforms this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind. Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if additional cleaning products are needed during your stay. OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEAN: We are committed to providing you with a clean, sanitary place to stay. Here are the highlights of our sanitation policy: - We have enhanced our cleaning schedule, thoroughly sanitizing each vacation home before and after occupancy, putting additional focus on the sanitation of high-touch areas. - We clean each room using extensive checklists, and we wear protective equipment while cleaning. - We have adopted the CDC’s cleaning and disinfection guidelines, including the use of cleaning products on the EPA-registered disinfectant list. - We wash all linens, dishware, and other service items available for use by guests between each booking. - We are making soap and surface sanitation supplies available to you during your stay to use at your discretion. - We continue to offer contactless check-in and check-out. HOUSE RULES: - Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150). We will send you info to pay the pet fee after booking. - Commercial Photography/Video filming or publication is strictly prohibited without written consent of the owner. - We DO NOT offer a lost and found. Please be sure you have ALL of your personal possessions prior to leaving. - A LATE CHECK-OUT FEE of $300 will apply. - We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy. In the event trace smoke or ashes are found, a $250 smoking fee will be assessed at check-out. - Minimum age for booking is 25. If you put high value in staying in a spacious, comfortable, secure home in a convenient location, this is the place for you. We couldn’t be more pleased with our two week stay here, and can’t recommend it enough. Excellent communication with the manage was a big plus.

It is located close to everything we had on our schedule…3 minute drive to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, 20 minutes to the Tampa Premium Outlets, and only a 30-45 minute (depending on traffic) drive to Tropicana field for this baseball loving family. :) Plenty of gas stations, grocers, and Target nearby. The house was perfectly clean, visually appealing, and had everything we needed to cook meals! The Welcome basket was so sweet and thoughtful with toiletries provided as well as snacks. It was a nice touch. The fenced in backyard was big enough for our kids to play catch, and our dogs to run around safely. We truly enjoyed our stay, and our daughter insists we rent this property again when we go back to Tampa!

We live in an RV and needed a bigger place while my 15 yr old stepson visited. When entering the place was very clean and neat. Back yard was perfect for our 2 dogs. Thr hot tub was excellent!! After putting our 2 yr old to sleep it was perfect place to relax. The only thing I didnt like the house is off a busy road so I was always nervous getting 2 yr old out of the car. Also, the house did have a hard time keeping cool during the day but at night it was perfect. Overall, I would definitely recommend this home.

We had gotten a message before we went they would leave the light on for us. Upon arrival we approached the door with the light on & found a lockbox. We attempted to put in our 4 digit code with no luck. After MULTIPLE attempts we called the one & only emergency number. Someone answered & he took our information & nobody ever called us back. Luckily we finally figured out what we needed to do was go approach the door that was in the total darkness under the carport & put the code in that door. Like I said, a simple message regarding which door to go in would have cleared up this confusion. I find it disturbing that nobody is available from this management company in the event you really do need to speak to someone. The house itself was clean & nice. I would stay here again.

The house was nice and we felt very comfortable there. The house had a faint odor of animal urine when we first walk in but overall it was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

This will be our Tampa vacation house whenever we go! Great house only complaint would be to put up some blackout curtains. But other than that there was more than enough for a comfy stay. I’m not sure if we missed it but couldn’t find a cutting board but not a biggie.

It is in a wonderful location, super close to the parks- which is perfect when you have a little one for nap time & returning to the park. The hot tub was perfect after a long park day and the fenced yard was very nice and well maintained for our daughter to run around and play. The host was very kind and responsive with communication. Host went above and beyond making sure that we had things that are normally forgotten at home, left very valuable information for the area, and very clean. Hot tub was a plus. If we had an issue, we were able to communicate easily. Plenty of room for everyone. Would book again!
