A unique and memorable stay in Amsterdam! The repurposing of these buildings into accommodation is commendable and surprisingly comfortable considering in one moment you are on the street; the other, you’re in your bed. Quite surreal. Great local canals close by including one with grass most of the way along.
The only negative we found was the proximity to the street - you are really right there, for better and for worse.

I loved the location, the view, the quirkiness of the space. It was warm and comfortable, the shower was excellent. I loved the ease of check in and check out, everything was perfect.
The only thing I would have liked (and this is very personal) is a lock on the bedroom door. I was assaulted by a stranger who broke in at an airbnb last year and I am cautious about ease of access when I am sleeping. I know the door was secure, for my peace of mind a second lock would have been appreciated.

The location was great. This is properly quirky and we loved it. I took my adult daughter for a long weekend and the bed is so big and comfy we slept really well. There is a locals bar on one side and a great cafe for breakfast on the other. The outside noise didn’t bother us at all. We sat on the bed looking out of the window, watching the boats drift past with a glass of wine and were very happy. Amsterdam was a real treat.
