About this cottage rental

Situated in Naples, this lovely cottage for $270 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Summer 2022- $1,900 per week plus registration fee (Sat-Sat). NOTE: Point Sebago now charges $10.00 a day per guest 3+ for a resort fee. This fee is directly paid to point sebago. Spring or Fall weekends $200 per night (2 night minimum) plus $100 cleaning fee plus 10.00 a day per person registration fee to Point Sebago. Comfortable 3 bedroom, one bath cottage. Easy walk to the beach and activities. Located in a gated community; safe for children. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a second bedroom with twin bunkbeds. The other bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a full-size sleep sofa, cable tv in the sunroom. There is also a Queen-size sleep sofa in the sitting nook. The sitting nook has a cable tv and stereo. COMFORTERS ARE NOT PROVIDED LINEN SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED The kitchen comes fully equipped with a microwave, coffee pot, toaster, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. There is a butcher blocker counter/bar with two stools and a kitchen table in the sitting room. On-demand hot water - no short showers required. The front porch is equipped with a table and chairs and also an outdoor couch. There is also a gas grill available for use. There is additional seating outside around the fire pit along with a hammock for relaxing. This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed. Point Sebago is a 775-acre resort on New England s second largest lake and is rated among the best outdoor family vacation spots in the Northeast. Enjoy tennis courts, salmon and bass fishing, miniature golf, rock wall climbing, horseshoes, shuffleboard, a family restaurant, hourly children and adult activities, 300-seat Sebago Lounge Nightclub, adults only Terrace Room, boutique, and children s and adult programs throughout the day. Relax on nearly a mile of gorgeous manicured beach, rent a boat, kayak, or canoe from their full-service marina. Spend happy hour at the full-service lounge or dine in the Lakeside restaurant. The golfer in the family can enjoy the scenic 18-hole championship golf course.

Had a wonderful time! House was clean and spacious and very accommodating! Perfect for all our needs, kid friendly, perfect location..minutes to the beach. Property owner was pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

Cottage was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Great fire pit area and cottage was a short distance to all activities.
