Nestled in Naples, this charming cottage for $284 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Please Note....Pt. Sebago has instituted a new registration fee of $10 per person per night. This charge will be paid by check made out directly to Pt. Sebago (Cove).... but through us with the registration. Fantastic Location!!! close to beach and activities. This privately owned cottage, is comfortable, well equipped and very conveniently located. Summer Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. GREAT LOCATION!!!! 2 Full Baths (1 with Tub, I with Shower) 1 Queen-size bed in Master 1 Twin Murphy Bed + 1 double size bed Living Room has a Twin Size Murphy Bed + Queen Size Lazy Boy* Sofa Bed Central A/C 3 TVS *WI FI* DVD,VCR. On Demand Hot Water. MORE ABOUT THIS COTTAGE....... This cottage has a great location and comfortable beds. It will add ...... EASE, CONVENIENCE AND COMFORT to your vacation... with only one or two minutes easy walk to .... the beach Tiki Bar Restaurant Tennis Courts Barbecue Shuffleboard live entertainment beach activities .....and so much more. Yet this cottage still offers.... Quiet and Privacy. The cottage also has a full size kitchen with hopefully, all the cooking items you would need.... Including a Dishwasher!!!! The kitchen besides a dinette with windows all around pretty and also has a eat at counter. Cancellation Policy: 90days.... 60 days....30 days 90 Days... ...If written....Notice of Cancellation... is received. in writing on or before 90 days prior to the Scheduled arrival date, all money paid except $50 rescheduling/holding be refunded. 60-90 Days * If written..... Notice of Cancellation received 60 to 90 Days prior to the Scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee of 1/2 of full rental fee and appropriate tax will NOT be refunded. payments (first and last) tax and security deposit were paid... a refund of 1/2 of the full rental fee plus 1/2 tax and full security deposit will be refunded. If one payment plus security deposit was paid, only security deposit appropriate taxes will be refunded. 30 Days or less notice.... only security deposit will be refunded. If however, we are able to re-rent your week even if given short notice... we will refund all Moneys minus $50 rescheduling see and any added expense occurred in re-renting. Again, if you notify us in writing on or before 90 Days of expected date of arrival, we will refund All money paid except a $50 rescheduling fee.**** If however, we are able to re-rent your week even if given short notice, we will refund all Moneys minus the $50 rescheduling fee and any added expense occurred in re-renting. I have been renting there since 1997 and only once did this come into play. Given short notice, I was able to re-rent at a lesser amount and refunded that rental fee minus the $50 fee. Our goal is for our guests to have a happy, fun filled, safe vacation....A time to relax and enjoy family and friends. Also to add comfort and convenience to their stay. Our cottage is located within Point Sebago Beach and Golf Resort, a 775 acre family resort and only steps from a beautiful 55 square mile lake with the country's finest salmon and bass fishing and.... nearly one mile of sandy beaches.

This cottage was perfect and close to all the parks amenities. It was clean and spacious. Only negative was that I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the dishwasher. Thanks!

Beautiful home right near the lake at Point Sebago! My family and I loved our stay! There was plenty of room, beds, and open space! And the fire pit area out back was huge and well used! Very clean and the host was so friendly and accommodating! We hope to come back every year.

Great location in Point Sebago - easy, quick walk to everything! Kitchen had all of the essentials needed. Having two bathrooms was a definite plus! Owners left a nice welcome bag! So appreciated.

Our stay at Diane's cabin was absolutely PERFECT! My husband, son & I had plenty of space between the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining areas and we were blown away at the 2 spacious decks and the cozy fire pit. The entire home was clean and stocked with every possible item you may need on vacation but forgot to pack! And the location was incredible! We have stayed at other PS sites but this was by far the most convenient - crazy close to the beach, tiki bar and activities yet perfectly safe, quiet and with privacy. Due to Hurricane Henri our trip was slightly delayed but Diane was so incredibly kind, patient and informative. We couldn't have asked for a better host. I truly appreciate that her priority was the safety of my family and she was so willing to help us navigate the tricky storm and allow us to enjoy the remainder of our amazing vacation. I can't wait to book our return visit! Thank you Thank you!
