As soon as you arrive at this wonderful gem of a home, you will be greeted by the classic and charming exterior surrounded by greenery. Step inside, and you will find that this getaway is anything but quaint. From the exposed ceilings to the stylish furnishings and decor throughout, no shortcuts were taken when it comes to making this home as comfortable as possible for each lucky guest. The upper level will be the hub for entertaining and spending quality time with loved ones, as the full kitchen is more than ready to assist in whipping up tasty meals! The open layout of the living area can accommodate everyone for some conversations and the cozy media nook will be just the place to wrap yourself in a blanket and stream your favorite shows on the TV. When you want a bit of fresh air, the furnished deck is a great spot to sip a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine as you look out to the calm waters of the cove below. Privacy can easily be found with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs! Head downstairs and you will find another living area, a desk for getting a bit of work done while away, an arcade gaming console, and plenty of board games to keep everyone busy! The TV will also assist in movie nights when you simply want to munch on some popcorn and chill out. When it comes to outdoor fun, this home has it all. Step out to the backyard and you will be greeted by a path leading all the way down to the water's edge where a dock awaits with two kayaks for your use. Plus, the calm waters of the cove will be perfect for taking a quick dip or trying your luck at finishing right from the shore. When the sun begins to dip behind the trees, the secluded firepit will be just the place to tell stories about each day and stargaze until it is time to hit the hay! This lakefront home is calling your name. You deserve that long-awaited getaway. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own account(s). Loud parties are strictly prohibited. Jets in the tub are not operational. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: One Arlo camera facing the stairs going down Dock details: On property Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

The house was so clean and comfortable. Amazing view of the lake. We really enjoyed our time and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back soon!

Our family loved every minute at this beautiful property! We caught fish off of the completely secluded private dock and paddled all around the lake in the canoes. The kitchen was lovely and we even made S'mores around the firepit. Twice! We made so many memories in just a few days! Very ample seating options with many rooms and wonderful ambiance and decorations. We can't wait to come back again! We did have a couple problems with the dryer not working (we were promised a discount?) and the gas grill didn't function if there was more than one burner on (so don't plan to use all of it like i did), and some people came with chainsaws to chop up a fallen tree with no notice (?!) but otherwise it was a great time!

Stayed here with some friends and dogs, what a lovely private cabin in the woods on a lake! My only criticism is with the bed sheets -they could have been cleaner. But other than that…place was spic and span and lovely! Would go back again :)

The house was well-stocked and had a great view of the lake. Only 20 minutes to Bridgton and less to Naples. Great hiking nearby. Good winter break option! Property manager checked in to make sure we were happy. Much appreciated.

Property clean and minimally decorated which is great. Because we only rented for the weekend and in the fall, I can only imagine how beautiful it must be in the summer.

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the place. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for 5 people and 2 dogs. There were only a few things that could have been better. The propane tank for the grill ran out and there was no spare tank on-hand. Jetted tub did not work. Heating system was not the easiest to use but ended up working fine. Communication with the property management was quick and responsive. We were compensated for any troubles we had so that was nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would not hesitate to come back.

We stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the place. The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for 5 people and 2 dogs. There were only a few things that could have been better. We had a lovely weekend away at Lakeside Perch...Just four of us, but room for a few more...the spot was gorgeous, saw to bald eagles and a very busy beaver. Great location, isolated but very close to amenities and restaurants. Comfortable, cozy and clean!
