About this house rental
Nestled in Naples, this lovely house for $334 per night is a great choice for your next break. Enjoy your vacation at “The Treehouse”, a contemporary style home surrounded by trees on beautiful Sebago Lake, in Naples, Maine. The house has been freshly painted top to bottom, hardwood floors refinished, and completely redecorated with all new furnishings (2017). The property sits on Sebago Cove, with 160 feet of private lakefront and 2 docks for your boat and/or jet-skis. There are two large decks with patio furniture where one can dine, barbecue, or bask in the glory of a tranquil sunset while enjoying a cold drink. Spacious, light filled, and smartly appointed, this 1,479 square foot home has two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Pets are allowed, however we require a $250 non-refundable pet fee for additional cleaning for the stay. Please also consult Maine.gov "Keep Maine Healthy" for the most current travel guidelines for the state of Maine before booking. The upper level has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 has two twin-sized bunk beds. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub/shower on the same floor. Also upstairs is the large, open-concept kitchen/living & dining area with expansive floor to ceiling windows that have spectacular views of the lake on three sides. The living room has a TV with Cable access. There is a stereo with streaming music (Sonos/Pandora) and speakers throughout the house and on the decks so one can enjoy music inside or outside. On the lower level is the private Master Bedroom with a queen bed and en suite bathroom with shower that includes a washer/dryer. There is also a bonus kitchen area with stove, sink, dishwasher (do not work), and small refrigerator. There is a seating area with TV, video games and chairs for the kids (or adults!). On this level are two sets of sliding glass doors that lead out to the 15 x 25 foot deck where there is a dining table, chairs, and 10 lounging chairs. The “Treehouse” takes your lake vacation to the next level as it has all the comforts of home including central air conditioning (rare for a lake house) and central heating. The house also has a gas fireplace for chillier "leaf peeping" season or spring weather in Maine. Other amenities include use of the house phone (local calling), cable TV (upstairs and downstairs), sound system/stereo (speakers indoor and outdoor) and Internet access (WiFi). If you have a boat, we have two large docks for your use. You can easily launch your boat at the nearby Sebago Lake State Park (at the public boat launch, 7 minutes from our house), or do it downtown in the Naples Marina (8 minutes from our house). You can also rent boats/jet skis in the Naples Marina! Our home sits on Sebago Cove, which is directly connected to Sebago Lake, so you can enjoy the tranquility of the cove or the vastness of the lake, your choice! The cove is great for kayaking and for jet skiing. It's only an 8-minute drive to Naples Causeway (downtown area) where there are numerous restaurants (many with live music), ice cream parlors, outdoor bars, pharmacy, grocery store, hardware store, and boat tours. Everything a family could want or need for a lake vacation can be done at this property whether one enjoys swimming, kayaking, boating (bring your own, or rent one nearby), fishing, tubing, jet/water-skiing, or simply relaxing on one of the deck's loungers with a favorite beverage. Our house includes use of: 2 kayaks 1 paddle board 1 two-person tube 1 single person tubes Egg chair fire-pit stocked with wood/fire starters/matches propane grill Please note that for the summer months, this is our high season, we request renters book Saturday to Saturday (min rental period is 7 days). Pets are allowed but we require an extra pet fee of $250 (related to additional cleaning both inside and outdoor & wear from pets). Once you are booked and reserved, we will send you our rental agreement for your stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this VRBO. The owners are amazing and are easy to get a hold of. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the house is clean, organized, well stocked, and cozy. We wanted to be there more than anywhere else on this trip. The town is 5 minutes away with a nice grocery store and shops. Everything was perfect and we loved everything about this stay.

You can tell that the owners of this property are trying to ensure that their guests really feel welcome and are able to enjoy the property. I truly appreciate it, as that is increasingly rare with AirBnB and VRBO properties. The hosts were responsive, the property is exceptionally beautiful and well-kept. There are all the supplies that you need and more. We absolutely loved it and will HIGHLY recommend to others.

We stayed for four nights in October for a family vacation. We loved the location on the lake. We enjoyed kayaking and fishing off the dock. The house was comfortable and fully stocked for everything! It made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay.
The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, air conditioning was awesome, and the decks and chairs outside were really nice to enjoy the water. Lots of stairs to get to the water, so come with a workout in mind if you want to get back and forth to the water. I would have loved to swim, but to much vegetation in the water for me. I settled for a fun kayak ride.

We've been coming to Sebago Lake for years and The Tree House has to be the best we've ever stayed in! The pictures don't do it justice. We rented a pontoon and the kids and adults had a blast. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished, bed duvets and pillows were yummy, kitchen was well stocked, kayaks, stand up board, two decks, games, what more could you ask for.

Great stay at the Treehouse. The view of Sebago Cove was amazing and so relaxing. The house was clean and as advertised. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen.Loved floating in the tubes and also enjoyed the kayaks. Would stay again.

My family and I were thoroughly impressed with all the details and comfort this vacation home offered. The owner was so considerate and generous in regards to amenities. The whole house was beautifully styled, the dock there is right off the house and we spent endless hours enjoying the use of the kayak, paddle board and floats. It was a great location on Sebago Cove to swim and access restaurants. Would love to make this an annual visit- thank you for providing such a great space.

The Treehouse was the perfect place for our family vacation! The house is beautiful, impeccably clean, and is furnished with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. My sister, who did most of the cooking, said the kitchen was the best appointed kitchen she’s seen in any of our vacation rentals.
The owners responded to questions immediately, and made every attempt to make us feel incredibly welcome in their home.
I highly recommend The Treehouse as a fantastic vacation home!

We really appreciated everything that was provided with the house - made packing so much easier than typical rentals that don’t provide anything. Beautiful home & location- pictures don’t do the place justice!! The house was extremely clean & well appointed. The owner Stephen was very responsive & helpful when it came to booking & answering questions we had about bringing up our boat. It was an easy boat launch from the state park which wasn’t too far away and easy docking at the house for the week we stayed!! Being able to bring our dog was a wonderful bonus too— it really enhanced our family time having him there. Downtown Naples was super close with fun little shops to check out, restaurants, grocery store, & bait/ tackle shop we were happy to have so close by. We hope to return in the future & will always treasure the memories we made during our most recent trip!

What a fantastic place! We loved everything about it. It’s exactly as the pictures show. Great view. Neat, clean & comfortable. We packed light because so much was provided. We had a lot of fun on the lake & relaxing on the deck. Our week was very hot so air conditioning was nice & when we went inside the view was just as nice.

Family getaway
This home is a lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and reset back to nature. The home is large and clean and has good places for family gathering both upstairs and downstairs. We especially loved the surround sound music inside and out, the view and the paddleboard and kayaks. The beds are so comfortable you may not want to get up until you remember your steps from the water. We could not have been happier.
