Registered with the Generalitat de Catalunya HUTG- 006248. It sleeps up to 4 people and is located on the 4th floor of a building accessible to people with reduced mobility. From the balcony, equipped with rocking chaiis, you can enjoy the sea view, ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Completely renovated, the spacious flat offers all the comforts you need for a successful holiday: - Fully equipped kitchen - Dining room with 5 seats - Living room with TV and DVD player - 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed - 1 bathroom with WC and shower Household linen and Internet access (WIFI) are included in the rental and household electrical equipment is provided (washing machine, hoover, dishwasher, iron, fans, ...). Although I would like to stress the quietness of the flat and the building (for your information in the building live families - most of them Spanish retired families, who stay all year round), I must inform you that the flat is in an urban area. Furthermore, I have to inform you that after bad experiences, in no case I rent the flat to groups of young people under 25 years old. Parking - Blanes Town Hall has included the flat in an area reserved only for resident neighbours from 15/06 to 15/09. I facilitate you a closed and covered parking space in a car park at 200 mts. from the flat at no extra cost. Impossible to facilitate you a place more pocket because there is not one. This fact of the parking restrictions has given more tranquillity to the flat. Swimming pool.- The flat does not have a swimming pool.

We have just returned from a wonderful vacation in Domingos apartment. We are a famile of four persons from Denmark: parents and two grownup children. Everything is clean and fine in the apartment, there is everything we need and the location is perfect close to the beach, small grocery stores and the city. We received a proper introduction from Domingo, and we were well guided. A bonus is the garage nearby with private parking, which is very helpful as there are only few public parkingplaces in the area. The view to the sea and the city is stunning. We can only give this apartment the best recommendation. Thanks Domingo.

Excellent location and really helpful property owner.
The appartment was clean, warm and comfortable, as well as close to the promenade. The owner was helpful and in regular touch by email when necessary. There were lots of things to do in the town, even in low season, and it was convenient for visits to nearby places of interest.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property.

First of all I want to thank Domingo for being a perfect host to his apartment but even more than that for coming to pick us up from Girona and at our departure taking us to the Barcelona airport.
The apartment is very comfortable, there was plenty of paper goods and condiments for us to use during our four week stay. When I needed some information on how to use the oven he responded to my text within couple of minutes. He really wants people staying at his apartment to feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is great; bus stops, super markets, bakeries, fish market, meat market all within steps. The view from the living room window is breathtaking.
I will certainly return and enjoy my walks to the flea market on Mondays and farmer's market five days a week.
One doesn't need a car while staying in Blanes as there are buses and trains going to several destinations.

Perfection!
What could I say? Exceptional, perfect vacation! First of all, Domingo is perfect host. Made us feel welcome in any way and gave us a bunch of helpful information and instructions so we were absolutely ready for our journey from the very first day! THANK YOU DOMINGO! Also, the whole apartment is arranged and equipped tastefully and practically, like regular family will do, like someone is permanently living there. View from the leaving room, terrace is breath-taking! Little details as rocking chairs on the terrace, parasol for the beach, beach chair, sand toys for kids make you feel at home, relaxed and welcome. There is plenty of space for four adults and two children, kitchen is fully equipped, everything you need is 2 minute away including the beach. The promenade by the beach will take you downtown Blanes and this is the walk you will enjoy for certain! Barcelona is also not so far away, 1-1.5 hours away by train. In any case, we absolutely recommend this apartment, especially for families, and with Domingo`s help and giddiness you will have a perfect vacation!!!!

This July we spend a week at Domingo's apartment in Blanes. We felt at home right from the start, everything was easy, laid back and comfortable.The beach, a supermarket, a bakery and the inner city were all within walking distance from the apartment, and the apartment itself was well equipped - perfect for us for a week of swimming and relaxing. Our stay ended beautifully, with our last night coinciding with the opening of Blanes' annual fireworks festival. At the day of leaving, Domingo kindly drove us to the train station. All in all we highly recommend the apartment - we won't hesitate to come back.

Nice location
The proberty is very fine locatet just 200 m from the nice beach of S' abanelle. Close to supermarket, restaurants. The apartment is just fine, and there all you need for 4 people. Good WiFi, discwasher, etc. Clean and need
The owner is very helpfull and friendly and we we're often in contact though internet.
Only thing that could be better was the lack off airconditioning, but with the fans you get buy.
We'll certainly be back to the apartement, if we get the possibility.

C'est la deuxième fois qu'on vient à Blanes. C'est toujours avec plaisir qu'on revient dans l'appartement de Domingo. Très bien situé, très proche de la plage et des commerces cet appartement est très intime et très convivial. Utilé de tout ce que on a besoin pour passer un bon séjour en famille. Domingo est toujours à l'écoute et toujours désireux d'aider et de faire ces clients se sentir comme chez eux. Le dicton "latino" - mi casa es su casa - est tout à fait vrai dans ce cas. On va revenir avec plaisir.

Holiday Apartment, Blanes
A well appointed, very well presented and situated apartment located in Blanes, Catalonia, Spain. The pictures accurately represent the apartment. Domingo, the owner, goes out of his way to provide attentive and excellent service from the very first enquiry to the day of departure.
Situated close to the beach, supermarkets and public transport, with the centre of Blanes located some 10-15 minutes walk up the stunning esplande where you will find everything you could need.
The apartment is ideally suited to couples or small families. Located in a family oriented building (all other apartments are owner-occupiers) Domingo is correct when advising it's suited to holiday makers of the 'quieter' persuasion and not people looking to 'party'. The residents are very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed numerous conversations with them during our stay.
Highly recommended apartment and owner whom I will certainly turn to again when returning to Blanes.

Urlaub in Blanes 2015
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) haben zwei sehr erholsamen Wochen in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Zeit haben wir sehr genossen. Die gesamte Abwicklung ab dem ersten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bis Abreise und die Wohnung Abgabe war sehr angenehm, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und nett, alle Fragen wurden zügig beantwortet.
Die Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der in FeWo gegebenen Beschreibung. Sauber, ordentlich und mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer. Die haben wir jeden Tag genossen!!! Zum schönen Sandstrand von Blanes sind es höchstens 2 - 3 Gehminuten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für so einen Urlaub braucht. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht : Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Obst-, und Gemüse Laden, Restaurants, usw.
Für alle, die in Blanes ihr Urlaub verbringen möchten, können wir diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen !
Kleiner Tipp: lasst ihr Auto nicht lange neben dem Haus stehen. Da ist ein Parkverbot für die Gäste mit eine große Wahrscheinlichkeit einen teuren Zettel auf die Windschutzscheibe zu finden.
Sollten wir noch mal nach Blanes fahren, werden wir diese Wohnung wieder buchen! Moltes gràcies, Domingo!!!

Great location, grat apartment, perfect for our ne
This is a very well presented apartment with everything one could sensibly need. The location is good with easy access to the beach and restaurants without being right in the middle of the busy seafront area. There is plenty of parking and the Wi-Fi/internet was very good as well. Very helpful owner with very good communications. Very good all round.

Nachdem wir im April 2013 in dieser Wohnung waren, sind wir jetzt im Herbst 2015 noch einmal hier gewesen.
Die Wohnung hat uns - wie auch beim ersten Mal - gut gefallen; der Kontakt zum Vermieter war von der Buchung bis zur Abreise sehr gut.
Wir haben die Sonne, das Wetter, den Ausblick auf das Meer (vom Wohnzimmerfenster) sehr genossen.
Alles in allem: Wieder ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
Die Wohnung können wir absolut weiterempfehlen.

2 great weeks in July - 2 adults, children 2 + 4
From the time we booked in January this year everything went perfectly. The very kind owner Domingo provided a wealth of information including accurate details of the apartment, Blanes and in particular the arrangements for parking the car during our stay.
So we looked forward very much to our holiday in a modern, well-equipped apartment close to the beach. We were not in any way disappointed. We were well received when we arrived, Domingo explained everything in the apartment, which was spotlessly clean, with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
We spent 2 lovely weeks, the weather was very warm and sunny (just what we wanted). It was so easy to get to the beach, do local shopping (50 metres) and walk into Blanes town centre if we wanted.
The perfect holiday. We also made a day trip to Barcelona by train (about an hour) where there is so much of all kinds of things to do and two trips to Girona)(about 25 km) for the old town, cathedral, bars, restaurants, cobbled streets, ice cream.....
We cant recommend this lovely apartment in Blanes more, the welcome both before our arrival and after from Domingo was much more than we expected.

A nice three bedroom apartment with fantastic view
To all concerned, please do not have any doubts about booking this apartment, My son, his partner and daughter and myself stayed for two weeks in late May/early June and both the weather and the apartment were great. I am disabled and even though it is on the fourth floor, with the lift it is not a problem. The apartment and indeed Blanes is very well set out for disabled people and I would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone and yes! it was definitely clean and well maintained with everything just as it shows in the advert, and Domingo is a delightful host.

Perfect location to explore Blanes in quiet
This was one of my favorite places in all of Costa Brava. Domingo is one of the nicest people, always available for any questions that had about what to do and where to go. The apartment is absolutely perfect. There is everything you could possibly need during your stay, it has all necessities from wine openers to beach umbrellas to dish soap to more. I wish I could of stayed longer and I'll definitely be back!

**A great apartment in an ideal location**
Stayed here March 2015 for one week for two adults. From booking to arrival communication with Domingo was great, fast and efficient. Our flight arrived late but this was no problem, Domingo still met and welcomed us with a smile. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt home from home. We used this as a self catering holiday and found the kitchen to be well equiped with all appliances. The beds were so comfy and there were extra blankets if needed, not that we did as as the apartment was well heated. The shower always had hot water and there again loads of towels supplied. A great view from the dining room window as this apartment is situated in a great location. Wi-fi connection was good. We felt safe as two females staying in this apartment and local area. Neighbours in the apartment block were really friendly and polite. There were local shops within a very short distance of this apartment, bakery and local stores. We hired a car as we wished to travel around to nearby by towns Tossa de mar and Sant feliu de Guixols were lovely places and parking outside apartment was not a problem. The train to Barcelona was so easy and the tube trains are quite regular, a great place . The Botantic gardens are a must beautiful, plants and views. Would definitely recommend this apartment as it was hassle free. Thank you Domingo for such a lovely holiday.

Lovely View, Close to the beach, Shops nearby.
We had our first stay in this apartment back in September when we took advantage of the fabulous beaches within a short walk and explored the ones further afield by car including the lovely town of Tossa De Mar. Numerous shops close by including a fishmonger selling the freshest fish I have tasted. We came back again in January visiting the cities of Barcelona (About an hour away) Girona (About 40 mins away) whilst also exploring some of the local towns nearby including Tordera and its fabulous Sunday market

Appartamento perfetto per la mia famiglia di 4 persone,anche in 6 ci si può stare bene.
A noi e' molto piaciuto per diversi motivi,molto ben tenuto,ben disposto e con tutto quanto necessario per il perfetto soggiorno.A pochi metri dalla bella spiaggia di Blanes,in un contesto condominiale non recente ma ben tenuto e con vicini di casa molto educati e simpatici.Lo consigliamo per le famiglie che vogliono unire vacanza di mare con vacanza culturale.Barcellona a 70 km e molte altre località da visitare a pochi km.Il proprietario Domingo Diez è una persona squisita e gentile,ci ha accolto con molta cortesia e disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta.Io lo consiglio di cuore e ci tornerò sicuramente con la mia famiglia ma prenoterò per tempo visto che in estate è un appartamento molto richiesto........

Perfect location in Blanes!
We spent a wonderful 4 months in the apartment in Blanes during Fall 2011. From my first inquiry via email, Domingo was helpful on every apsect of the apartment rental. The detailed pictures and descriptions he provided were so helpful as we got ready for our extended stay in Blanes. There were no surprises upon arrival and in fact the apartment was more than we could have hoped for. It was truly a home-away-from-home for us! The apartment was spotless, had all the comforts of home, the neighbors in the building were so friendly, and the neighborhood had all we needed with bakery, bank, multiple grocery stores, easy parking, and the beach(!) so close by. Each day after work, it was just a 2 minute walk down our quiet street to the beach and promenade. And finally- the view from the living room window was spectacular- ever sunrise and sunset was beautiful and unique oevrlooking the sea. This is a wonderful apartment, and Domingo is fantastic to work with. We've told our friends and we know we will be back!!
