Situated in Southbank, this charming condo for $200 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. The swimming pool and spa will be offline until 1 January 2023. Common facilities are now open to use. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. You will not be disappointed with this property... Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex which is almost across the road. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which Melbourne is renowned for. Perched high up on the 10th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations of either a king or two singles in each bedroom offering maximum practicality for families and groups alike (subject to timing of booking request). The buidling has its own gym, spa, sauna and indoor heated swimming pool which is available for your use. The apartment can sleep up to 6, with 2 guests on a comfy double sized sofa bed. The price quoted is based upon 4 guests there are extra charges per guest after 4. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is provided within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. Should you need to use the port-a-cot, you will need to provide your own linen. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced. ** Tea and coffee are provided free-of-charge. ** WiFi broadband internet provided free-of-charge ** Hair dryer provided for your convenience. ** High quality hangers for your clothes. ** Reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning. ** Before 10am Check-in $25 ** After 10pm Check-in $25 ** Late Check-out (when available) $50/hr or part thereof ** Replacement Key Set $80 ** Replacement Remote $100 ** Mid-Stay Cleaning Service $150/clean ** Additional Cleaning $50/hour (when required) ** Sofabed Usage $100/night ** Additional Car Park $20/night (when available)

We were put up at Wrap instead which was nice, but I cannot give a review for this property as we didn't stay there due to someone taking our car park. Tony was fantastic and re-located us with no effort.

We recently stayed in this property with some friends and their young children. Tony is to be commended for his fantastic level of customer service, which made our stay enjoyable and free of any stress. The property was immaculately presented and comes with optional extras such as high chairs and portacots to make life easier for travelers. Very close to the CBD and other tourist landmarks as well as small shops to buy groceries.

We loved our stay at Yarra Condos. We were there for the AFL grand final and the location was perfect. Close enough to Southbank to get there in a quick stroll but also far enough to be secluded. We had 2 couples stay and it was nice and roomy. Tony was the perfect host!

Our recent stay at this property was outstanding. The owner met us on arrival and was very friendly, helpful and informative. The property was in a fantastic location within easy walking distance of many of Melbourne's premier attractions. I would certainly stay there again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was what we hoped and he service was excellent. We were greeted with the keys, run down of the building and facilities then we enjoyed our time. Very convenient and short walk to the river and Southbank.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice and close to Southbank with a short 5 minute walk, clean and tidy and the handover of keys was really easy. Would definitely recommend this to anyone and will look at staying here again.
