About this condo rental
Situated in Southbank, this lovely condo for $209 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading. And for New Year's Eve, there is a 50% loading. The swimming pool and spa are currently unavailable from 11 to 23 July, 2021. If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise. You will not be disappointed with this property... Located literally in the heart of Southbank, you will be within 10 minutes walk to many of the great things that Melbourne is renowned for including the heart of the Crown Casino entertainment complex. An exquisite array of restaurants, the Arts centre, theatre, Federation Square, The Yarra River etc.. etc.... what else might you be looking for? If it isn't on your doorstep then it will not be too far either on foot or using the extensive and efficient public transport infrastructure which is on your doorstep. Perched high up on the 16th floor, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations of either a king or two singles in each bedroom offering maximum practicality for families and groups alike (subject to timing of booking request). Facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, spa, sauna and gym. The apartment can sleep up to 6, with 2 guests on the large and comfortable double size sofa bed (refer pic in the gallery). Bookings in excess of 4 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $100 for the use of the sofabed. The price quoted is based upon 4 guests. Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 1.95m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Three (3) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group. From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced. ** Tea and coffee are provided free-of-charge. ** WiFi broadband internet provided free-of-charge ** Hair dryer provided for your convenience. ** High quality hangers for your clothes. ** Ducted heating/air-conditioning throughout. ** Before 10am Check-in $25 ** After 10pm Check-in $25 ** Late Check-out (when available) $50/hr or part thereof ** Replacement Key Set $150 ** Mid-Stay Cleaning Service $150/clean ** Additional Cleaning $50/hour (when required) ** Sofabed Usage $100/night ** Additional Car Park $20/night (when available)

Tony was great with check-in, very detailed and helpful. The view was beautiful, Comfortable air condition that can be tailored to 4 different sections. Great location - accessing carpark came with ease. Pool, Spa and Sauna was great. The only thing to call out is the front door requires locking with a key to secure - closing door with snib turned does not work but otherwise - awesome stay - certainly recommend

Unfortunately we expected more from this property. The photos advertised make the space look a lot larger than it actually is. General maintenance is needed in the apartment, and some appliances were questionable. The view is incredible and the heated pool and spa were very much enjoyed. Alric, who checked us in, was super helpful. Parking was tight so thankful we took our smaller vehicle! Walking distance to everywhere you could need.

This property definitely delivered on all the factors that are important to us - quiet, good location and comfy beds. Add to this the breathtaking views and the access to pool and spa and the whole family were very happy.
Despite being on City Road, the apartment is reasonably quiet (we were on the 16th floor) and very secure.
Close to the Vic Arts Centre precinct and Southbank restaurants, a short stroll to CBD or a quick tram ride.
Thanks for a great stay - we are already planning our next trip and look forward to staying here again.

Travelled with a young family. Everyone loved their stay at the property. Simple access to the pool and gym. Simple walk to Flinders Station. Easy access and egress from the property. Beautiful views from the 16th floor. Would highly recommend.

We were pleasantly surprised by this unit. Second bedroom is tight but fine with staggered twin beds. My only complaint is the extra charge of $100/night to use the sofa bed. Price or the number of people it sleeps should reflect that.

Clean tidy apartment. Excellent facilities. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. And the sofa bed is no compromise and will be more comfortable than most peoples beds

My mother, sister-in-law, niece and myself had a great stay at Gallery Towers. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus and although we arrived late at night Tony was extremely friendly and helpful. The location,view and facilities are all great .
