The employee on duty was polite, helpful and kind.
We arrived in Shillong by 11 am. But since our check-in was 2PM, we got busy with other work. Since we arrived with car, we called multiple times on the number provided in the website to enquire for parking facility but no answer. We waited beyond 4 PM after which our call was answered. Later learnt the Manager had the phone with her the entire time. She really tortured us by not answering our calls.

The room which we got was perfect with a balcony and dining table on the balcony that was great.
The location was in a congested area and not as per the price which I was paid, It should be a little cheaper or should have more facilities.

The staff at this property is A-grade! Richard and Nick are one of the best people I’ve come across in my entire travel experience. The place could do way more but the staff here is just acing this place
Could do with upkeep, electrical issues, heating issues - if properly owner invests in maintenance and upkeep it could be nice
