Staff was very unfriendly. Hotel was paid for in advance, yet the hotel kept placing “holds” on my account every day. We were there three nights and there was $700 of golds placed on my card. Staff kept saying “it will fall off after 3 days” however, this was holding up money on my card. The food prices did not match what was sent on the reservation email. I received an e-mail day of check in that my room was ready, when we went to the hotel to check in there were no clean rooms. We had to wait an additional four hours to check in. Over all was a bad experience

Disappointed in a hotel that had great potential.

The lobby and the room were updated, clean, functional, and nicely decorated.

We had a king suite for 3 people, with one person sleeping on the sofa bed. There was no bedding on the bed or in the room. It took the front desk staff a long time to find bedding. But, there were no pillows available. The breakfast was awful. The choices were limited and overcooked. The coffee maker was broken. We’re canceling the 4 rooms we have reserved at this hotel in August.

had to go to Holiday Inn across parking lot for our complimentary breakfast. That location was not clean. They ran out of breakfast very early., the food area was not kept clean. trash bins were over glowing with trash

A plain small black coffee was $3.71 if you are going to charge that much for coffee it should be coffee shop quality.

Way overpriced. No towels, poor management

Didnt Eat breakfast as we didn’t want to spend 20 dollars per person for coffee and cold buffet food. Other hotels have complimentary breakfast

Have more than 2 towels for a room and mgt making excuses that “there isn’t enough towels to go around” is a bad excuse.

We couldn’t get an extra blanket or an extra sheet, the downstairs bar/restaurant area was closed all night even though the sign said it would be open

Hotel itself was very clean

Pictures found online showed a hot tub, there wasn't one. Nowhere did it state that the breakfast wasn't included. Not a nice surprise when I went down to get coffee in the morning.

Stayed here while power was out at home during ice storm. The hotel was convenient and not too expensive. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

there wasn’t any coffee included in the lobby as the website stated, couldn’t figure out coffee machine in room or it was broken. No extra linens or pillows in room.

Would stay again

The hotel is clean and the room size (suite) was excellent.

The kids in the room above us using the room as a race track until after ten pm then listening to one of them cry until 3 am after seeming to have fallen off the bed.

I had canceled because our power turned back on at home and no longer needed. Staff were very helpful and exceeded all my expectations in resolving the situation.

The hotel put a pending hold on my credit card for double the amount of the stay. I have checked out, and they charged my credit card and still have a hold on my credit card for $336. It's been 6 days and counting with the hold on my credit card. Everyone at the hotel is giving me the run around.
