Good apartment in lovely position

Guiseppe was very helpful and responsive to any questions Excellent location by the harbour with a 15-20 minute pleasant stroll into the centre. Apartment was well equipped and good to have a pass to the pool.

Once we got over the stress of driving to the office and getting a wi-fi signal the stay was lovely.

Location superb. Balcony very large with great views. Spacious lounge dining and kitchen area with air conditioning. Help by Guiseppi to deliver a mobile Wi-Fi dongle otherwise there would have been no Wi-Fi.

Key collection at office was very poorly communicated. The office is on a pedestrianised street and is close to a large pedestrianised square with certain roads blocked off to car traffic. I had advised my arrival would be by hire car but got no advice regarding where I should drive too to park the car and then walk to the office. The contract stated that final payment would be taken on our arrival, and I intended to make this by Debit card in Euros. However the payment had been processed before our arrival and taken by Credit card which meant I incurred more exchange charges. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment which is just not on these days! We did get a mobile dongle which saved the day thankfully. There is no Air Conditioning in the bedrooms.

Very good

The location and the view were fabulous. Fantastic service from the agency, especially Giuseppe who was extremely helpful. Lovely welcome and, even as it was our 9th time we discovered new areas of Santa Teresa thanks to their welcome pack. We liked the free access to the pool and the size of the apartment. Great carpark facilities. The flat had everything we needed for a comfy stay.

Close proximity to the next door balcony as some guests have no volume control and you can't really relax. With a little maintanance the flat would be so much more appealing in general. The staff at the pool reception would benefit from some customer service training.

Not going back to a ground floor apartment again

Nice location at the port. Spacious apartment. Very clean. Comfy beds.

The quality of the apartment and furnishings were dissapointing. The plumming at this ground floor apartment was quite poor: very little water pressure, bathroom zink constantly clogging up. Due to the location of the a/c vents and the strong currents of hot air coming from the a/c, it was impossible to stay in the terrace while the a/c was turned on inside. The terrace also had air vents to the underground car parking which gave strange loud traffic noise every time a car started or drove inside the garage - we had expected a more quiet location. The kitchen equipment was quite basic, enough to cook a pot of pasta but not much more complicated meals than that.

Value for money property, but with a few anomalies

Location and view over the marina. Comfortable beds

Water running into the bedroom down the wall after a storm. The lift to the apartment on the second floor wasn’t working twice during our stay and we got stuck in the lift for a short period of time! Beware you have to pay for the beds and umbrella at the pool!

Exceptional

Location great. 15 minutes walk to the main bars & restaurants in the town centre, but a very scenic walk along the harbour. Still 3 bars/restaurants next to the complex anyway. Santa Teresa an excellent choice of location on Sardinia and a day over in Bonifacio, Corsica is a must. Go by ferry (just a 50 crossing for 50 Euro approx) then you can spend all day there, rather than organised boat trips which spend too long on swimming spots on the nearby islands. Book the island tours separately to appreciate that experience. The Perlo del Porto apartments are great. Very clean, with use of the amenities of the hotel (pool, spa, etc) The staff are all helpful and friendly, but in particular, we must mention Barbara who was always around for help and advice. 10/10 Would highly recommend to anyone!

Huge disappointment due to missing pool.

Free parking space, convenient location.

The swimming pool is in a hotel in about 300 meters walking distance. The photos make someone think, that the pool belongs to the apartment. No information on the website that sun-beds at the swimming pool cost € 10 per day and person! As traveling with small kids our main reason to choose this apartment was the pool. If we knew that the pool is that far and additional costs occurs for sun-beds we would have booked another apartment. Absolutely misleading information! Washing machine too small to wash even one person's stuff. Second bedroom was the size of a storage room, approx. 3 sqm with a bunk bed
