This house had everything to offer for a small family. The price is unbeatable! Literally everything is walking distance. All cuisines were super close to us. One of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches is 10 mins walk. During our one month stay, we experienced numerous sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped with pans, pots, slow cooker, coffee maker, toaster etc. I cooked majority of the nights and had absolutely no issues. I had one dog who enjoyed the backyard to the fullest. She didn't have a single dull moment due to lizards which she loved to chase. Kelly was easy to reach and communicated very well!

Great house...even in times of quarantine!
Great house...even in times of quarantine!
We've been here for 3 month, half of the time during the Covid Quarantine. Still, it was a great place to be! Very comfortable for 2 people and a small dog. Close to everything...Corey street shops and Sunday market (when they were open,) restaurants and the BEACH. Regardless of news reporting, the Sheriff let us walk on the beach the entire time. The sunshine was soooo wonderful! Woody's and Willy's remained open for carryout. Enjoyed the occasional happy hour rum runner and pina colada. We would definitely return...but we are moving on to a different adventure. I hope the next renters enjoy this house as much as we have!

Great location and great place to stay
Great location and great place to stay
I've rented a few month long staysin the area and this was the best. Property is convenient close to beach and sunset park. No busy streets to cross and 5 resteraunts within 2 blocks. I brought my dog and she took full advantage of the backyard and dog beach nearby. Had no problems with the property so I didnt have to call Kelly. I did deal with her in route to flordia and she got back to me quickly. I did tell her i can get there a bit earlier and she texted me as soon as it was ready. I was very satisfied with my whole trip and would certainly book this place again.

Great beach house!
Great beach house!
What a cute, little beach house! It is exactly what we hoped for. The house is furnished and decorated nicely and had everything we needed for a six week stay. Great back yard! We loved relaxing on the comfy yard furniture while our dog chased geckos (Bailey, our Schnoodle, loved the property too!) Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants....most everything within walking distance. We'll see you next year!
