The cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The bed was comfortable and linens were nice. There were sufficient plug ins for electronics. Frig/freezer and microwave were nice. Towels were of o.k. quality and quantity. Quiet. The breakfast was good - cinnamon rolls and egg choices and bacon. The staff providing the room cleaning was very nice. The ice machines were working.
The hotel is old and dated. Looks pretty sketchy from the outside. The big disappointment was the pool and hot tub area. Very unappealing area. Even though the booking site stated a hot tub/jaquizzi there is not one - it is permanently removed and the pool facility is not inviting - very neglected. There was a stray cat in the parkiing lot. I guess the staff says it "lives" there. The reception staff was friendly at check-in but not available for additional questions - always talking to other staff who were hanging around the lobby. Cookies were nice in the evening - but not of the best quality like at another Holiday Inn we stayed at.

Location was great.
I booked a room with a king bed and a pull out couch as we had three people in our party. I got a king bed only. They do not have roll away beds.
The front desk person said I must have made a mistake in booking. I pulled up my reservation that stated I booked a king with a pull out. He said they don’t have any way to accommodate. He did not make it right in any way. 3rd person slept on the chaise lounge that was about 4 feet long.
