The staff ( young Spanish lady) who prepares breakfast buffet is super nice and friendly.Keep it up :)
I was very disappointed that the pool was closed. There was no notice about it during the booking process or before our arrival. I only found out after asking the front desk about the pool’s operating hours, and that’s when I was told it was closed for maintenance. However, the pool was completely covered, which made it seem like it was simply closed to save on maintenance, cleaning, or water costs.
The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor from the old furniture and carpet. The smell was so bad that I had trouble falling asleep and ended up spraying my perfume throughout the room just to make it bearable
