The bed size did not match a queen bed we have it seemed a little smaller but not as small as a full but Maybe it was a full by mistake I did not ask. But next booking I will bring up the concern with we would like queen size since we booked queen size.

Clean, updated room.
I got to the hotel at 3:00 p.m. for check-in which is at 3:00 p.m.. however no one was able to help me until 3:45. Also the man online in front of me with his wife and also the people behind me we're waiting all the same while the person at the front desk was Finding rooms for us when we already had a reservations. When I finally was able to check in I was required to give them $100 deposit which no one had ever mentioned to me before, and I've never even heard of doing this before at any hotel that I've ever stayed at on the spot demand $100 from me what if I didn't have it? Would I have to go home? The girl could not explain what $100 was for just said it was their policy. The room was fine what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. My room was an accessible room because I am disabled, and which I've never seen before the bathroom had not a door but a sliding door that pulled to the left would close off the little closet that you were given and pull to the right will close off the bathroom only it didn't completely close it off and there was absolutely no offer of privacy from anyone else in the room there was no way to latch it or close it at all the door was also extremely heavy which is just harder on somebody who's already disabled. On my second day after breakfast I expected housekeeping to come because I had seen them in the hallway what I needed was just the beds to be made up and the trash taken out and new towels because the night before my husband and I had used all the towels for bathing. Well nobody ever came so I called the front desk and I said we're about to go out do you know what time housekeeping will come I just want to make sure that they get here. The front desk then told me I was not going to get housekeeping because I didn't request it at my check-in. I have never heard of this at any hotel anywhere that I have ever stayed.
