The pillows and bedding, bed as well, were wonderful - very comfortable sleeping in the King bed; additionally, plenty of towels and I appreciated the products - - shampoo, etc. readily available.
Mixed explanations from staff about potential early check in. One tells us not a problem, the other says an additional $75 charge. Later a third person told one member of our group that the $75 charge applies ONLY if you want in the room by noon.

The made to order breakfast was very good and quickly arrived.
The A/C in the room was loud, noisy, unable to sleep. Also was charged for a room that I canceled during the free cancellation period with booking.com. Very unhappy about having to deal with requesting a refund, particularly since my family was there for a memorial service for my husband. Didn't need the additional stress.
