We were very impressed with every aspect of our hotel stay and will be returning soon!

It has been 15 + years since mom was able to return to her hometown of Trenton. Mom had been taking care of dad who passed 8 weeks ago and she was very reluctant to travel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tanya at the front desk an she immediately made us feel welcomed and answered all of our questions-she even took the time to find us herbal tea! She was kind, caring and professional; a true example of customer service at it's best! Thank you, Tanya!! In addition, the breakfast buffet was wonderful! It had a variety of food and the staff kept the area clean and well stocked! Owen and Dan were very professional courteous and went above and beyond to bring out extra berries and hot coffee! Mom was concerned about sleeping away from home but the rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were extremely comfortable. We loved the fully equipped kitchen that had a full refrigerator to store restaurant left overs and a microwave to make a cup of tea in the evening. It truly felt like home!

I was concerned for the staff in the lobby since the air conditioning wasn't working properly and it was extremely warm outside. Nevertheless, Maher and Charlie were apologetic and remained professional ensuring our needs were being met.

The room seemed to have been left during the final stages of cleaning— metal plate over drain in shower was leaning on the shower, mini fridge was open, sofa bed was half open & rolling bench was in the middle of the room. Also no trash bags in cans.

LOVED IT!!

This hotel was WONDERFUL. The staff (ALL OF THEM) were very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and the beds HEAVEN (I didn't want to get out...ever)!!! The hotel was very clean, spacious and the gym had many options.

I have no idea why THIS WHOLE TOWN is so expensive. This hotel's prices are inline with other local hotels but still ?? Also wish there was more parking near the entrance.

Nice grounds, good rates, close to any vacation needs.

Nice grounds located close to food, activities, easy travel in and out of town.

The staff member who checked me in was absolutely no help when a issue arose with payment. I didn’t know you couldn’t pay cash initially, no where does it state no cash check in yet they had no problem accepting cash at the end. She just stared at me and just said nothing, didn’t get anyone when I asked if there was anyone who could further assist me with this issue. She proceeded to stare me and my friends down the entire weekend which made us feel very uncomfortable. Check out staff however was 100% more pleasant.

Great room, modern facilities, lobby bar was excellent.

Didn't have the requested room type available as it was overbooked. The breakfast was not free nor worth the price asked.

Taylor that works in the bistro very nice lady easy to talk to other staff should learn more from her

Some of the staff where rude and actually asked me to leave the hotel because I protest the war in Ukraine and they towed my vehicle away from me as I traveled to California
