Person who checked me in had less than gracious welcome for me as a customer. Kept having issues with keys not working. Was given a handicap room as an alternative to the one I had chosen due to some issue with my room.

Our stay was good however, the suite that we had could have been cleaned a lot better. The sofa had chips in between the cushion from previous guess. The tv was unplugged, took time to figure out what's wrong.

Stayed with my wife and 14 year old son, while we enjoy our season passes to Six Flags. New, clean, quiet with everything close by. Only ding is the really cheap ping pong and corn hole. Mini golf is good though.

My bathroom hanger rod was broken and could have injured anyone. Expedia charged more than hotel cost that is also not good. We will stay away from Expedia

The man who helped us at the desk was super friendly. The crib that we requested that a really dirty pack n play with no sheet provided and no extra sheets in the room. We checked in late so my son ended up sleeping on a towel

Considering I stay in many hotels this was by far the best equipped for in room accessible accommodations. Spacious and truly easy to move around in a wheelchair.

During check-in I was asked if I wanted housekeeping while I was staying with them. I said sure how about on Saturday. The concierge wrote in on the pad for cleaning, bedding and towels but housekeeping never came and at check out they never asked how was my stay. Very unprofessional.

Nice facility, dirty dishes in dishwasher, shear curtains only, block outs would not close. Good breakfast selections, scrambled eggs were not warm. Stack of paper coffee cups fell onto the floor, employee picked up and put out for service.

Good location. Need to improve cleanliness. We had 5 rooms and all needed some kind of cleaning. Floors had small trash, tubs were filthy. Kitchen counters were dirty in each corners.

The bed was extremely soft so all 4 of us adults woke with backaches. The pillows were very flat I had to fold them to use it. The pool area was very unkept

Hotel seemed relatively new and in good shape. A bonus was an outdoor recreation area with miniature golf, gas grills and plenty of tables. Very cool place to hang out with family and friends.

The hotel is really nice. checkin was a breeze. The breakfast was really good too. I would of gave them a 5 but when I was taking a shower I noticed a few small hairs on the wall and it certainly was not mines. I don't think the staff cleaned the shower. There was a bit grim on the soap holder. Overall the hotel was really nice, staff was nice. I would recommend staying here!Just make sure staff cleans bathroom better

Very large, modern, and comfortable suite. Hampton Inn and Suites lost our paid-for reservation and it was replaced for free with the Homewood Suites. An excellent upgrade, even the experience was a bit stressful.

Breakfast was not the greatest, especially on the weekends which are a lot more expensive per night. It is evident that it is short staffed, however overall experience was good.

Old property, room not available on arrival I arrived at 4 check in is 3. Refrigerator still had old food inside and was dirty. One dryer for the entire hotel second dryer door didn’t close.

The property was recently updated and well maintained. Staff were very kind at the front desk - it was a super hot day and they gave us free cold water bottles upon check in. Free breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. Room was a good size and the full kitchenette was also super convenient. Would recommend for people heading to Six Flags Great Adventure!

The room wasn't ready when check in. We requested a baby crib which is also not ready. Some hair in the bathroom. Feel likes all equipments are a bit old. Breakfast is average. I had expectations for this hotel based on the reviews but fell short of expectations.
