Bed was comfy. Well lit property. Parking right outside door. Pleasant staff. Quality for price is selling point for me. Convenient location with surrounding ammenities.
Ice machine needs to be cleaned/upgraded. Pizza leftover in fridge. Toilets are really low to the ground. Coffee maker/supplies inefficient. Carpets need replacing.

Its very comfortable to lay your head after a long day of road-tripping and price is decent for meeting that expectation. Bed is very comfy. Amenities need a little help though (see negatives).
Someone elses's pizza left in fridge on thus trip. Not gross but was a surprise. Ice making machine and facility its housed in are disgusting. Toilet is about 5 inches off the ground and tough to rise up off (facetious but truly very low). Carpets need replacing otherwise the musty smell shall remain. Coffee maker (dated) parked in closet area w/o complimentary coffee. Should be more inviting and displayed out on the counter.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Had the basic stuff expected in a motel
Traffic noise. Clock radio alarm went off at midnight. Front door to office quite dirty
