Moderate place to stay

Not having to drive straight through from Indiana to Florida.

TV in the room was supposedly brand new, but didn't work, sheets had stains and hair on them, location was right on a busy road near a hospital... Heard cars and sirens all night and couldn't use the TV to drown out the noise. Front desk said they couldn't help with the TV, and didn't seem to care upon checkout.

We always stay there when we come to Alabama but we will find somewhere else to stay next time we come to Alabama

It was near our children

Every night when we came back to go to bed we always smelled marijuana real strong. The first night when we got there to the hotel there was people out in the parking lot partying

Pleasant

The bathroom door didn’t close and the lights were on the outside, which was weird. It also had a huge table which took up a lot of space. I started taking things out to my car thirty minutes before checkout, but then I couldn’t get back inside my room. Thirty minutes before checkout. I also didn’t like they had a $100 deposit placed in my account as well as the cost of the room itself.

Very clean and courteous staff.

The bathtub floor was extremely slick, and there was no grab bars to help. Walking to our room was a set of steep steps with no handrail. My husband has to walk with a cane, and the extra support is needed at times.

Staff was friendly and the room was clean and appropriately equipped.

The remote batteries didn't work so that was really inconvenient with the TV. The lack of elevator should have been more clearly advertised as I had an elderly travel companion in which stairs were a difficulty. Had a highway facing room too so it was very loud. Also the bed slept like a rock! I will go to a different hotel next time. Not worth the $145/night spent

saw roaches and when we told the lady all she could say to us was “we have someone come out to do that”

worst stay ever! absolutely disgusting!

the staff was room, house keeping knocking just after 8 wanting to know if I was gone. knocked 5 times before check out. room was filthy nothing worked and they charge an absorbent fee for pets but have nothing to accommodate pets

Stole our money

It wasn't much of a place kind of dingy.

They overcharged us $300. Crooked businessman.

The stay got better after the room chsnge.

we enjoyed the room that we had to exchange because of the condition of the first room.

we didn’t like the fact that the first room that we were given was dirty and smelled horrible there was a big stain in a chair that looked like urine and we were told that they knew about the stain in the chair but we were still given that dirty dingy smelly room. This was unacceptable.

Very good

The person next door, phone alarm went off. They didn't turn it off for about 1 hour later. Woke me and my fiancé up at 5am. Thts the only thing. Walls are very thin.

Disappointing

We won't make that .mistake twice. Our nonsmoker room smelled almost like the smoker before us had just walked out the door. The water handle on lave sink was missing so was difficult to turn on or off to brush your teeth. Bed side lamp had no bulb. This is a hotel that could be steller with a little elbow grease and a room inspector to check maids work.

No “first responders discount because you were busy….don’t you think they are also? Very selfish!

The beds are hard, the staff was ok, but the breakfast was too small of an area and we had no bacon and not enough seats!
