The room was neat, clean and cold air!! The location was excellent with walking distance to Applebee's and Waffle House plus shopping. Great for back and forth to St. Vincent East. Nice little pool. Very friendly staff. I don't know why it gets bad reviews but I took a chance and I was totally satisfied with my 4 nights at Quality 3 in July 2026

Don't like that it gets such a bad rap. Go next door and pay 100 more a night if you like.

We were attending a conference in Springville, about 20 minutes away from Quality Inn. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. My friend enjoyed the coffee. I appreciate the attendant placing us on the main floor. I dont think either of us could handle the stairs at 70 plus.
