Not sure it was due to Rennovation. The hotel was not at all clean. Business center was messy and the wifi was toooooo slow. Overall experience was not good 😢

Has to stay for 13 days due to small fire at my home. These people were incredibly nice, accommodating to me and my two dogs! They were gracious, my stay was peaceful, and if I have to go back, while additional repairs are done, I’ll stay there again! They made a horrible situation, much better by their kindness.

Bathroom door handle fell off, dead roach on air conditioner, elevator makes weird noise, vending machine got stuck, took a very long time to check in, water in shower smelled bad, bulbs in lamps didnt work. Etc. Breakfast was good though.

We had a non smoking room but we were by the outside door so every time someone smoked outside, the smell permeated our room. Both cigarettes and WEED. The smell was TERRIBLE. Also, the bathroom door wouldn’t close and it was an extremely tiny space. It was fairly quiet and overall the room was clean but the smell ruined it for us.

Nice and clean. Check in was very courteous, bed was comfy and nice to have a real breakfast. Only complaints were floor in hall outside my room and by my fridge was mushy and really bouncy, and when I came to the desk to check out no one was up there for 20 minutes while another guest and I waited. I would’ve just left the key, but I needed a receipt for work. Overall a good stay.

Hotel is a little dated but clean. Staff was nice but lacked professionalism. Appeared to be clerk’s boyfriend sleeping in the breakfast area of the lobby.

It was cool for the price. Breakfast was terrible and they did not clean my room on 1 day and the other day they did not replinish wash cloths. When I called down stairs to request some I was told that someone would bring them up in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I went down stairs and the woman at the front desk was busy checking people in. So I went back upstairs and waited another 30 minutes then went back down stairs. She was outside smoking a cigarette and had forgotten. I think she was just overwhelmed at the moment honestly. However, it almost caused mt to be late for the event that I had flown 1100 miles to attend.

It is nice and quiet. Everything was clean, price was great. The only thing that wasn’t great is the mattress was worn. I finally turned and slept with my head at the foot of the bed. Needs new mattress, king size, or turn the mattress 180 degrees. I would recommend Comfortable RR Inn and Suites.

Brown spots on the curtains. Used toilet paper roll. Hair on the toilet seat and in the shower. Pee stains under the toilet seat. We had to check out early, it was awful. I get that it’s a 2-star hotel but this is basic cleanliness.

I don’t know if all the rooms are bad but our room had visible mold on several surfaces and an extreme musty smell. Traveling and arrived late so we decided to stay but left as early as we could.

Pool was out of order with a pump issue but we did get to swim a little bit.. Staff was super friendly and breakfast when we got up earlier enough was great.

Everything was great, except the toilet in our room was broke. The stopper in the tank wasn’t closing. We got in late and instead of calling now and telling them. We just dealt with it and kept closing it every time. When we checked out I told the front desk and she seemed annoyed. I then used the public bathroom. And when I flushed the handle broke. OTHER than that great stay!

The property was convenient to the interstate and affordable. The hotel is in need of an update and enough staff to keep it properly cleaned. The pull out couch was not clean so we were not able to use it. The mattresses were stained, so there were mattress pads on top of them. One of mattress pads had a blood stain on it so I took a picture and showed it to the front desk staff. She walked to the back and came back with another mattress pad for the bed. So I asked was she giving it to me to put on the bed. Her response was ‘you want a clean one right.’ So, I took it and changed the pad on my bed. I spoke to someone the next day about the situation and was told that the manager will be in contact with me. This incident happened this weekend so I am waiting to hear from them this coming week. Otherwise there was a slight smell but I think it is coming from it being an older hotel. Safe, convenient and had a nice continental breakfast but needs a lot of updates.

There were ants in the bathroom, never got housekeeping not one time and we were there 3 days. We ended up checking out early because of this. I tried reaching out to talk to someone about this stay and everyone was rude and nonchalant about it. The room and hallways smelled and breakfast was horrible. Never again.

From the outside and the lobby the property looked ok. The hallways and room were smelly and outdated. There was broken tile all over the bathroom floor and the shower was sticky on my feet. Some questionable people in the parking lot.

I was at this hotel for the death of my granddaughter. Very disappointed 😥 the pool was NOT OPEN, front desk person stated it may be open next week. I needed it when I was there.i would like to have given my daughter some space by having my granddaughters to spend time with me at the pool. The room i was in had a smell that i could not breath. I had to turn the ac up and used my inhaler.
