(The owners have dogs but the apartment is pet-free. You may not see the dogs during your stay but please be sure to close the gate behind you as you come and go.) Roll-away available upon request. THIS PLACE WAS MAGICAL. IT FULFILLED ALL OUR HOPES AND DESIRES, I FOUND DR. THOMAS TO BE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. SHE WAS EASY TO CONTACT. THE PLACE WAS SPOTLESS, LOVED ALL THE AMENITIES, KEURIG, TEA, SUGAR, TOILET PAPER, BATHROOM TOILETRIES, FRESH TOWELS, NICE CLEAN BED, BEAUTIFUL BACK YARD, CHICKEN NEXT DOOR GAVE IT THAT REAL COUNTRY FEELING, WHAT WAS MOST EYE CATCHING FOR CHRISTMAS WAS THE FIREPLACE WHICH WE WERE ABLE TO ENJOY. WE WERE EMBELISHED IN THE TWINKLE OF THE FIREPLACE WARMTH AS WE CAME FROM A VER WARM STATE SOUTHERN FLORIDA, SO GOING NORTHERN IM ALWAYS SO COLD, BUT NOT HERE THIS WAS FANTATIC, THE PET SITTER WAS REALLY FRIENDLY TO AS WELL AS HER SON CONNECTING US TO WIFIF. VERY NICE PLACE AND WE LOVED IT THERE. THANK YOU THOMAS;S FOR EVERYTHING, THE GARNERS OF SOUTHERN FLORIDA.

Great location, close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants… We really liked this spot, it was clean and inviting and Denise was a great host and such a pleasure to meet! Easy drive to the Liberty University which is where we were going and probably the best part for us was all the deer we saw everyday! It was perfect for us! Thank you !

We have stayed at many rental properties and very few, if any, are able to beat this. The property is essentially a 1br, 1bath with all the amenities. Very spacious, comfortable, and private. Exceptionally clean as well. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and only a 10 minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again when in the Lynchburg area!

This basement apartment had everything I needed, including a kitchen area. It was in a quiet development, and the owners communicated very well. Very clean and well kept. There was patio to relax on. Highly recommend!

We were in town to visit our niece and nephew at Liberty. This place had everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating. They have 2 dogs but were very conscientious about not having them outside when we were around. We enjoyed using the fire pit. Highly recommend this property.

I love that this property has so many great features like plenty of room, separate entrance, lovely view out the large windows all across one wall, an oven and stove along with a microwave and refrigerator, lovely gas fireplace and wide screen television with plenty of channels. The one thing you need to know is their sweet, large puppy will be scampering around above your head in the mornings and evenings. No doubt he will grow out of this soon, but good to be aware of for now. ☺️

This was a great little place, and even greater for the price. I wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the back porch more, but as it was we enjoyed staying inside a lot and sitting by the fire place. Hopefully we will be able to book the place again next time we come.

Weekend stay. Accomodations are as described. Exceptionally clean and cozy. Gas fireplace was phenomenal. Comfy queen bed. Large bathroom. Very comfortable and adequate for 1 to 2 people. Will return if available.

This property is very comfortable & clean. My hosts were quick to respond to my messages and any needs I had. I felt safe and right at home. The only odd thing is the window in the bedroom looking out into the living room. Although I was by myself, It felt a little creepy and would definitely be a problem if there were more guests staying together. I would suggest a curtain at least

We came in to move our daughter into off campus housing. The location was great, a beautiful backdrop in close proximity to Liberty and everything Lynchburg has to offer. The owners were very nice, and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely be back, and plan on staying here whenever we can.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We attended CWA at Liberty University and this place was a nice retreat in the evenings. It was cozy and comfortable and a short distance to the college. The owners were extremely nice and helpful and we would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this VRBO. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed to unwind. We visited Lynchburg and did some nearby hiking, but some of the best moments of our stay were around the fireplace pit enjoying the serenity and quiet offered on this property and neighborhood. Owners were welcoming but gave us plenty of privacy.

I stayed here for a few days to work on a writing project. It was just what I needed - quiet, comfortable, and roomy. The hosts were responsive and friendly but left me to my own devices. Grocery stores and a wal-mart within five minutes. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for a much needed visit with my daughter who attends Liberty University. The fireplace was cozy and a great touch for long chats and watching movies, since it was cold outside. Denise was very accommodating and checking in/out super simple. I will most definitely stay here again on my visits to Lynchburg.
