Nestled in Florida, this lovely hotel for $70 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Deluxe waterfront Suite # 215 at THE RAMADA INN, 7150 N TAMIAMI TRAIL, Sarasota - a privately owned hotel room, rented independently from the hotel. NEWLY REFURBISHED WITH NEW FURNITURE - FIRM king size bed with nice appointments INCLUDING A NEW 47 INCH LED TV WITH MANY CABLE TV CHANNELS AND FREE WIRELESS INTERNET! This is a normal size hotel room, so there no kitchen, but has a small fridge and microwave. It is a normal size hotel room with a great bed, no table, see the pictures for an accurate look of the room...It is meant for short term stays. In the slower season, May thru November, longer stays may be appropriate with discounted weekly or monthly rates. PLEASE - NO SMOKING -NO PETS are ALLOWED IN THE ROOM (HOTEL POLICY - $250 PENALTY APPLIES) Also NO pets allowed! NOTE: PLEASE MAKE YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST AND CONFIRMATIONS AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN TIME TO GET THE ROOM PREPARED (HOTEL RULES) hotel breakfast is not available, but Crager’s restaurant next door gives a 10% discount for condo guests. THIS IS A CONDO THAT OPERATES SEPARATELY FROM THE HOTEL please bring extra towels for longer stays as only two are included, with laundry facilities in the building next door... I loved everything about the place. You walk out your room and the view is fabulous. You are in the heart of everything. We had a great time and can’t wait to stay at this fabulous place and do it all over again😎

We loved the local tiki bar that was in walking distance and the pool water was nice and warm. We will definitely be back.

Hotel is right near the end of airport runway so planes were very loud but there weren’t any flights between midnight and 7am. Great view of the marina and water. Nice pool area and breakfast was good. The on site restaurant was fun and food was good and cheap.

My 4 night stand was mostly quiet and pleasant. Room was clean and comfortable and a nice comfortable king bed. There’s a bar/restaurant next door and they play music until about 11pm so be prepared to hear loud music but it’s in with reasonable noise when in the room. This is a cheap hotel option so you do have regular hotel guests staying in the other rooms and you might hear people being loud at times but otherwise it’s mostly a quiet place. My only disappointment was that that there’s no elevator and this room is on the second floor and when I booked the room I thought that there would be a elevator because I’m disabled and stairs are difficult for me but otherwise it’s a nice affordable place

Door had a gap around without any seal. So when other tenants were outside smoking cigarettes and other stuff, smelled it in our rooms. Area is in sketchy area, near a bridge with several homeless people who ride bikes and walk outside area.

Read the other reviews and was a little leary. But the room was nice view was amazing. Yes the bed was hard, planes were loud, but for the price I would definitely stay here again. Auce shrimp and fish at the tarpon tiki bar was the best meal we had. It was served by the awesome waiter Cory.

The price for this room was tremendous. The property is conveniently located close to Sarasota Airport. This hotel has been here for many many years, and though there is has been refurbished many many times, it feels old, a little grimy. But for the price, and considering I just needed a place to crash for 4 days, it is well maintained and pleasantly run. The marina it sits on is beautiful. Decent room, for a GREAT price.

If you have back problems this bed isn’t for you! I’ve had 2 back surgeries and it was so uncomfortable! The toilet ran all day and won’t flush at times.

Birthday getaway
This was a great place to stay in Sarasota. Close to so many things. John and Mable Ringling museum is a must see. Great places to dine. Close to Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, St. Armond circle. Many nice places to visit close by. The price was really great. Much cheaper than staying at the Ramada Inn and still be able to usr all the amenities. Great breakfast place in walking distance. The name excapes me right now, but its right next door. It begins with a C. Anyway the pub next to the pool has great live music on Friday and Saturday. The band called Whiskey Blind was awesome. Great classic Rock and blues. I would highly recommend staying here.

After that it's crowded. The music is pretty loud and last all night. Again, if you like that...enjoy. The neighborhood seemed decent. No issues with that. The room was outdated, but you can see that in the pics...so no surprise. For the price, you're gonna be ok with it. Bed needs replaced. It's definitely worn out and hard as a rock. Might have wood in-between the mattress and box spring...didnt investigate. Floors needed swept and mopped...feet turn black without shoes. For the most part you get what you pay for. The other rooms are much more updated but cost almost 4x the amount. If the room was updated and cleaner....could charge a lot more for it. Nothing spectacular in Bradenton/Sarasota other than the Gulf.

My husband and I went here for a little get a way and loved it. It was in a decent area that was surrounded by many places to eat at and things to do. We had a blast. Only downside we had was that the floors did not seem to have ever been mopped, but that’s really on housekeeping.

This was a great location for us to visit family in different places, local beaches and grabbing necessities. The bed/pillows were comfortable, the view was relaxing and the on-site restaurant staff /food excelled expectations. Our only minus was that the condo floor wasn't that clean, but would stay again.

I was expecting a condo. However,the room was a small motel room. The view from the porch was fantastic. Nice pool and restaurant that had music. I enjoyed the nice chair with ottoman. Water pressure varied from trickling to good. It’s a decent place if you have your boat there. There is enough room for two to sleep.

Upon arrival for a 3 night stay the hotel desk checked us in and provided our entry cards and directions to our room. This unit is on the second floor (no elevator). Absolutely beautiful view from our room of a Bay Area with boat slips. However, once in the room things began to turn in a different direction. Very dated furnishings and older linens. The fitted sheet did not remain on the bed and the top sheet did not cover the bed. The bed was a king size and the sheet appeared to bea full size at best. The vanity area appeared alright however the tub/toilet area was NOT clean. There was hair in on corner, dark stains in several areas, which wiped off when I wiped them. Mildew/mold in the tub shower area. We did send an email to the property owner as we requested the deeding to be change as soon as possible to the proper sized sheets. Never received a response. Upon our return of dinner and visit with friends there was a set of sheets laying on the desk. We quickly changed the bedding. I don’t think we expected too much that the bed should have been remade for us. I would not recommend this particular unit until upgrades and better housekeeping policies are made. Other units were beautifully appointed.

The property which is located near the Sarasota airport is subject to planes constantly taking off…so things are a bit noisy.
The room although dated was the right price for someone who wants a place to crash after a day of golf and beach going.
I liked the 50’s throwback refrigerator but the freezer needs to be defrosted and cleaned.
The boat harbor was quaint and was a plus to the surroundings.
The Tarpon Restaurant and Tiki Bar was fun and moderately priced for my budget. The live music was a definite plus and was a nice addition to the atmosphere.
